
Safety In Your Spirit

Oftentimes, we look outside ourselves for guidance, love, and healing. In this guided medicine journey I bring you to the place inside yourself where you can feel safe and resource love, and your healing waters within yourself. Plus get a glimpse at your spirit.

Welcome to this guided medicine journey today.
My name is Karina Cho,
A clairvoyant seer and a shamanic therapist.
And I'd like to take us right into the center of the medicine wheel today,
Where you start to become your own spirit guide.
I encourage you to find the place to relax,
To lay down,
And maybe even put an eye mask on.
To come to a place where you feel safe,
Where you feel grounded,
And where there will be no distractions from this sacred time for yourself.
As we start to get into the practice of being your own spirit guide,
Eventually what will happen is new insight,
Wisdom,
Perception,
And your own guidance will start to appear for you.
And in this journey,
I would like to reflect back to you your own spirit.
Now that you're in a comfortable position,
Perhaps a blanket on you as well,
Let's engage in our breath to bring safety in our body,
Release the tension of the mind,
And allow the emotions to rise to the top of our body.
Let's take long,
Deep inhales through the nose,
And long exhales out of the mouth.
And as you continue to breathe this way,
Inhaling through the nose deeply,
And exhaling through the mouth deeply,
The body may start to tingle and feel sensations.
But I ask that you continue this breath as you listen to my voice,
As I take you on this beautiful medicine journey.
As the body starts to become energized with your own breath,
I would love for you to find a place in your body that feels safe,
That feels like love.
And sometimes it's hard for us,
If we are disassociated from our bodies,
To even feel those resources inside of us,
But you do have these beautiful resources inside of you to call on,
In times of chaos or dismay,
Or even in times of wanting more love in your life to help you lift up the feelings of the day.
When you find that spot on your body,
Physically put your hands there.
We intuitively bring our hands to our heart,
To our head,
And sometimes even to our middle stomach,
Just above,
A little above the belly button,
And sometimes a little below the belly button.
Find a spot that feels really good to you.
I feel safe here.
It feels warm and loving here.
When you do,
Continue to breathe the way that you're breathing,
Just to get acquainted with how wonderful it feels here.
This is your place of self-resourcing,
A place that no matter what happens on the outside of the world,
You are always safe here.
Always.
All you need to do is put your hand on that spot,
And you will become safe again.
Now,
I ask that we increase this feeling,
And so we're going to use our breath a little bit differently now.
We're going to charge up this place of love,
Of safety.
Now,
Let's change the breath a little bit,
Inhaling and exhaling through the mouth.
What's going to happen is you're going to bring your attention to the place you've put your hands on,
Inhaling and exhaling at your own speed.
It doesn't have to be too fast.
It doesn't have to be too slow.
You know what's right for you.
And while you're doing that,
We are bringing oxygen,
And more energetic synapses is happening here for you.
So we're expanding this space inside of us,
This spot,
To a higher frequency.
You may have felt it just a little bit,
But now with this breath of breathing in and out through the mouth,
Like a circle,
Almost like an ocean coming up and then coming down.
So inhaling.
Stay with this beautiful breath.
If it gets too intense,
You can always go back to breathing through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.
But again,
This isn't a vigorous breath work.
It's just in and out like an ocean.
And feel that energy where your hand is expanding even more,
More love,
More radiance.
The key here is to feel it and to know how it would feel if this place of safety and this place of love feels amazing.
Allow yourself to feel it even more.
Allow yourself to receive it.
I know some of us are uncomfortable,
Or we haven't received this high vibe love before from anybody,
Including ourselves,
But this is how we resource ourselves,
How we know we have inside of us a place that we can come to be safe.
Keep breathing.
Keep feeling that expansion.
What you're noticing is that in that one spot where you felt safe and love,
It's starting to expand through your whole body.
The oxygen of the breath is expanding through your whole body,
Like little rivers of light flowing through you.
The body may become a little bit tingly,
But it's this deep,
Deep feeling of love,
And it can feel overwhelming a little,
So just you can back off if you want,
But it's a feeling of your love.
Okay,
Now that you have a little taste of that,
Let's just go back to a natural breath.
You can take your hands and put them beside you,
And just breathe in and out through the nose,
And breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth feels better.
Do that.
Honor yourself.
You are your own spirit guide,
So you know better than I do.
And as you're honoring this,
I want to give you a glimpse of what your beautiful spirit looks like.
You're laying here peacefully,
Charged up with love,
Streaming through your body.
Remember,
If you don't feel it this time,
Go back again and try.
The intensity of that safe and loving place will get stronger and stronger and provide more medicine for you.
It's like going to your own very sacred lake,
Your own sacred place with inside yourself.
And now,
As you are wrapped in this bubble of high vibe love,
I want you to feel no sense or hear,
A presence hovering right above your body.
As you lay there,
Feel this presence laying just above your body,
Their eyes penetrating through your eye mask,
Through your closed eyes.
Sense this presence of love,
Sense this presence of light.
Sense the connection just between your eyebrows like a little laser of light coming down at you through this presence above you,
Communicating telepathically to you.
This hovering presence above you is your spirit.
What does your spirit feel like to you?
Perhaps loving and expanded.
If you allow yourself to know with certainty what that spirit self feels like to you,
Just play here with it.
If you saw yourself in your spirit self,
What would that image look like,
Sound like,
Feel like for you?
As it hovers above you with waves of beautiful energy,
Emitting off of its field into the particle of your body.
With that light coming from their third eye to your third eye,
Reminding you of the connection of your spirit self.
How does that presence feel above you?
And if you energetically opened your eyes right now and looked above you,
What does your spirit look like?
Is it radiant and glowing,
Beautiful?
Maybe it's an angel.
Whatever that is,
Absorb that.
That is you at your highest state.
And energetically reach your hands up and hug that spirit presence into your body.
Now tell me,
How does that feel?
You should be feeling sensations of I am divine.
I am so spectacular.
I am amazing.
I am truly light.
Repeat how you feel in a confirmation.
I am light.
I am love.
My spirit is so joyful.
My spirit is so kind.
Let this absorb in your body.
Let it imprint in your subconscious mind by using your feelings to make it even more real.
I would encourage you to lay here for as long as you need to.
To soak up your sacred essence.
To soak up your spirit.
To stay in the joy and bliss of it all.
And only when you feel ready should you come back to your room,
Your place,
And allow this experience and feeling to integrate for a couple of moments before you move into your everyday.
Remember,
Beloveds,
You are more than what your human eyes see.
See what your sacred eye.
You are a particle and a wave of energy.
May your day be filled with your spirit,
Making you laugh all day.
