Welcome to day three of shifting your energy.
I hope you're feeling more relaxed,
But I will say probably what will be happening is a little bit of unearthing.
Emotions may have come up that you needed to shift.
And that's okay.
I'm feeling a little tender myself today as well.
As I go deeper and deeper and redo these practices over and over,
More is unearthed and I feel more liberated.
Thank you for allowing me to guide you through this process.
And today we're going to access a very difficult place inside of us.
Our subconscious mind.
In the subconscious mind,
We have stored all of our past records of experiences,
Of thoughts,
Of feelings,
Of memories,
Which dictate 95% of our life.
Now there's some really good stuff in there that we want to keep.
There's also some stuff we probably want to upgrade,
Reprogram,
Reboot.
I will warn you though this is an intense breath work.
So please listen to your body.
And please listen to what you can do and cannot do.
In order to access the subconscious mind,
We must go beyond the conscious mind.
So we will use our breath to go through this subconscious layer,
Breaking through the conscious layer into the deepest level subconscious.
Now,
To be prepared,
What would come up is probably feeling a little lightheaded as energy starts to move.
And maybe even a little fear may come up if you haven't done this type of breath work before.
But it's just an emotion.
But again,
I do want to say if you have high blood pressure or heart troubles or any of those types of things.
You may not want to participate too actively in this breath work,
Especially high blood pressure.
So know yourself.
And know what works and what doesn't.
So our breath is our natural ability to breathe in,
To breathe out,
To shift emotions.
And today I want to share with you a way that you can get into the subconscious emotions and I call this the medicine meditation.
It's active.
On the flip side,
What you're going to feel is your whole body will be buzzing with energy.
Your cells will activate,
They'll open literally within your body.
And when they open,
We can imprint new programs.
So before we get started,
I would like you to think about something that you would like to be imprinted.
Maybe an experience of complete joy or bliss or something more tangible.
Like,
I want my life to feel like this.
I want to be able to connect into my own energy.
I want to,
I want my cells and my body to cooperate with my physical healing.
So that will be at the end when we actually reprogram the cells.
And we give it directions and we give it guidance.
So for today,
I would ask that you find a comfortable place where you can lay down.
I will explain the breath before I ask you to engage in the breath.
So when you lie down,
Be comfortable.
You'll have to do this breath for two to three minutes.
If you can make it to two,
It's great.
If you can make it to three,
Even better.
But let's start at two right now.
So today we're working with the mind.
Yesterday was the emotions,
First day was just kind of feeling into the energy around us.
And today we're getting into the subconscious mind and doing a little reprogramming there for ourselves.
Okay,
Now that you're laid down and settled,
The breath goes like this.
It's a deep,
Intense breath through the nose,
Like,
And then an exhale through the mouth.
But the mouth isn't completely open.
It's almost like a straw.
So you're like pushing out.
Okay,
So that's the breath.
That's why you need to lay down too,
Because just even doing that,
I can feel my whole body starting to get a lot of oxygen going on.
So you can follow this speed again,
Please at your own intuition and your own wellness.
Know when to stop if it's too much.
So I'll just show you the breath and then you can kind of continue on your own.
And then I'll walk you through the reprogramming at the end.
So now that you're laying down,
I will set the pace and this is the pace.
So keep going.
Keep going with that breath.
Keep going with that breath.
Keep going.
I'll tell you when the time is up.
As I said,
Things may come up.
Things may feel uncomfortable.
You may feel a little lightheaded,
But you're laying down.
As I said,
Do not push too hard,
But know your limit.
Okay,
We've got another minute and a half to go.
And you're doing great.
As you breathe this way,
Know that you are opening your cells.
You're allowing new oxygen to enter into your cells.
You're getting to the programs in the subconscious mind.
You're opening that gate so that you can reprogram and re-imprint a new intention,
A new energy frequency that you want to bring into your body.
And it's very,
Very healing as it provides so much oxygen to the body and to the mind and to the spirit.
You're almost there.
30 more seconds.
That will take us to two minutes.
You're almost there.
Okay,
Take a deep inhale through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
And hold the breath.
Hold the breath at the bottom.
Hold,
Hold,
Hold,
Hold,
Hold,
And let go.
Now,
Bring in that intention or that energy frequency that you wanted into the body now,
Calling that frequency of joy,
Abundance,
Healing,
Giving the program.
My body is healed.
My soul is connected.
My spirit senses are opening,
Are open.
My intuition.
I can see and feel I am one with all,
Whatever that is for you.
My life is easy and wonderful and joyful and full of love.
Now,
Allow your body to lay here and integrate all of this work that you just did.
You can go back and listen to this and do it longer for three minutes and put another program in there.
Your body is open and receptive right now,
So stay in this space.
If emotions come up or sadness or fear,
Allow it to flow through you.
We all have a lot of stuff stored in the subconscious mind that we haven't been freely able to liberate at this time,
For whatever reason,
For a reason of having to protect ourselves.
But now you can liberate yourself.
Now you know how.
Take the time and dive deeply.
