This works as both emotional distress tolerance for rapid relief, but also as a regular practice for long-term emotional healing. By allowing ourselves to feel emotion without resistance, we drastically lessen the psychological suffering we experience and develop a new, liberated way to truly integrate, embody, and allow our emotional world to heal itself.
