This talk explains the 'non-dual' (Advaita) perspective that all is one single unified whole and there are no separate objects, the implication being that 'You' are not a separate object either, 'You' are the infinite, unified whole. I use the metaphor of the wave & the ocean which is a long established analogy in the Advaita Vedanta tradition, this simplifies the teaching and makes it accessible to all even newcomers. This talk is informal and light hearted using very little technical language, suitable for beginners but also contains some of the deepest philosophical explanations for the nature of reality, consciousness and the individual human experience, so even advanced devotees of Advaita Vedanta may gain something from this talk. Those familiar with Mooji, Ramana Maharshi, Eckhart Tolle and Rupert Spira might find my delivery, philosophy and style familiar. This talk incorporates and references Advaita Vedanta, Zen, Buddhism, Hinduism and Western Philosophy.
