Thoughts appear in the mind.
And immediately,
The mind leaps onto these thoughts.
Constricting them.
Constraining them.
Choking and tangling them up in further thought.
Just for this time,
Release.
Cease this activity.
Thoughts will still appear in the mind.
But just let them be,
Do not get involved.
The agitated,
Restless,
Worried mind.
Leads to a tense,
Tight,
Uncomfortable body.
Unclench your mind and unclench your body.
Release.
Let go of your troubles.
All things shall be well in the end.
No further thought is required.
Give your world space to breathe.
The natural processes and harmony of life needs time and energy to unfold.
So give it this space.
This grace.
By simply letting go.
There really is nothing to be done.
So do nothing.
Observe.
The tight,
Winding constriction of the mind.
And through this gradual release.
It unbinds.
Like a snake that has tied itself into a knot.
Gradually pulls itself loose.
So too.
Leave the mind alone.
And let it untangle itself.
More thinking only tightens this knot further.
The only solution here is to release all tension.
And observe the mind unbinding itself.
