This meditation is intended for those suffering from the phenomena of feeling the worst waves of anxiety and stress first thing in the morning, this meditation first focuses attention into the present which allows you to let go of the foreboding and overwhelming prospect of a 'Day ahead' (we simply find there is no 'Day Ahead') then after removing the content of the mind from experience we are left with the raw and intense sensations of anxiety and stress in the body, by learning how to feel these sensations without analysis we can accept them and be at peace even in their presence, we find that we no longer get lost in psychological content arising from the sensation which in turn neutralizes the suffering once and for all.
