This daily morning practice invites you to be as though your body and mind has not yet woken up and therefore no stories, situations or circumstances of the day have yet began, instead simply remaining in the grounded state of pure presence for a full ten minutes before choosing to engage with the day. Being fully focused on Presence one can experience Being as though there is no 'Day Ahead' therefore the mind can let go of it's ordinary habits of anxious or stressful thoughts and instead be fully within the here and now without imagining or predicting the future . This starts the day from a serene and grounded place and when practiced daily begins to have a remarkably positive effect on your mental and emotional wellbeing.
