This is a guided talk-down meditation for those times you wake up late at night and struggle to get back off to sleep. This track is a gentle relaxation for body and mind including a relaxed and informal body-scan, with continual prompts that there is no need to engage with the mind at all, instead simply staying 'in the body' with your relaxed awareness. This track has a background ambient deep hum that I find incredibly effective at drowning out background noise and bringing the mind to serenity and peace. This track is inspired by Mindfulness, Presence and also simple relaxation techniques that have stood the test of time. Go back to sleep, all is well.
