A relaxing meditation that prepares mind & body for deep sleep. Through unique pointers this meditation brings awareness to the naturally enjoyable time in these serene moments before sleeping. Pre-sleep is a naturally quiet and peaceful time anyway, this meditation brings awareness to this natural serenity and this allows the mind and body to relax fully. Letting go of the day gone and with no thought for the morrow, just a gentle enjoyment of what already is. This meditation borrows some principles from Yoga Nidra but mostly Presence, Advaita Vedanta and Secular Mindfulness relaxation techniques. Background ambience is a natural droning hum of my own design.
