Just for this time.
Let everything be as it already is.
So there's nothing to do,
There's nothing to change,
Nothing to fix.
And there's no need to analyze anything.
Just leave it all well alone.
Simply let things be.
As they already are.
And let go completely.
No need to wrestle with anything.
There's nothing to struggle against.
Just go with the natural flow of life.
All of their situations.
On your mind.
All of the things that you are frustrated by.
That you've been trying to find solutions for.
You've probably thought about all of these things more than enough,
Just for this time.
Just let them go.
There is a natural harmony and rhythm to life.
Sometimes the best thing to do for a situation we cannot find a solution for is just to give it some space.
To take our hands off.
And let things play out.
You already trust,
The sun to rise every morning.
You already trust the plants to grow.
And you trust your heart to beat.
Give the universe the same level of trust when it comes to all of the things on your mind.
The life problems,
Relationship problems.
Work problems,
Health problems.
Just hand them all over.
Give them back to the universe.
All shall come right in the end.
Accept everything as it is in this present moment.
Even the areas you ordinarily resist or avoid.
Just for this time,
Say all is well.
Everything is fine as it is.
Even if.

Your mind.
And emotional world is uncomfortable.
See if you can give some space even to this.
Challenging,
I know.
Just elevate consciousness to the point.
Where you can even observe the mind,
Emotions and the body.
From this place of total neutrality.
Accepting all discomfort.
Internal or external.
Surrendering to what is.
All is well.
As well.
Relax into this complete surrender.
There are no problems here in this present moment.
So enjoy this present moment.
Be aware of your body.
Be aware of your senses.
Be aware of awareness itself.
And resist nothing.
Observe the natural flow of light.
Always changing.
All the phenomena.
Of the inner and outer worlds.
Begins,
Stays a while,
Then departs.
All things like passing phantoms.
Let them go.
Without holding on.
Many things have come and gone before.
Many situations you simply could not find a solution to for a long time.
And notice.
Those have come to pass.
They are already.
A distant memory.
Your current scenario is no different.
Soon this too shall pass.
All things come right.
In the end.
In a moment,
We will be leaving the formal aspects of this guided meditation.
But even if it is time to rejoin usual daily activities.
See if you can introduce just a little of this acceptance.
And notice if that changes the energy by which life is experienced.
