A gentle guided meditation on the practice of acceptance. If you are prone to anxiety and overthinking, it is likely you have thought about your problems every way possible and are still no closer to a solution. Leave this frustrating and exhausting cycle by taking some time to just let things be. Often, space to breathe is exactly what the situation needs. It is our relentless attempt to fix and control everything that causes the stress, anxiety, and frustration. For ten minutes, let go of all the situations and problems in the mind by allowing the universe to take care of them. This releases you from the cycle of overthinking and worry, and paradoxically, it is this higher perspective that brings the insight and intuition needed to take the correct courses of action.
