Use this guided breathwork practice to release overwhelm and stress and ground. We can change our emotional state and not stay victim to them. You're here because you're experiencing some kind of distress or overwhelm in your life right now.

Stress,

Anxiety and overwhelm are not our normal states,

But joy,

Bliss and peace are.

Sometimes we find ourselves in this place of overwhelm and chaos in our minds which obstructs our flow and ease of life.

I invite you to practice this quick guided journey with me to release all of that chaos and get back in your ease.

I'm here to support you know that you're never alone.

You have all the power within you to tap into that flow.

I invite you to sit in a comfortable position and soften the space between your eyes or close your eyes.

Whichever allows you to be in the most present in your body in this moment.

Let's start with taking a few cleansing breaths in through your nose and water flowing all of that air out through your mouth.

Let that breath flowing.

Tapping in deeper into the relaxation healing parts of your body.

If you have any thoughts just let them float away.

Imagine yourself as this beautiful tall tree rooting in deeper with each breath out circulating that breath in with each inhale,

Inhaling this life force,

This prana.

I am free and letting go of everything you came in here with.

Remember this is your journey so you get to decide the pace,

Speed and depth of your breath that feels the most nourishing and relaxing to your body.

There is no right way.

Listening to your body and learning to tap into its intelligence is the intention here.

The intention we are going to breathe in today is I am free.

Letting that breath out releasing everything that is not serving in this moment.

Letting go,

Surrendering.

In your next breath checking in deeper with your body if it feels good breathing in through your nose and exhaling forcefully if that feels safe.

If not just listening to what your body needs in this moment to let go of all the chaos,

Anxiety and overwhelm that you came in here with.

It is so safe to feel.

Letting that breath circulate till as long as it feels good.

In through your nose exhaling releasing everything that is not yours.

With each breath in claiming more calm,

More peace,

More freedom.

In your next breath if it feels safe breathing in and holding your breath there.

Holding till as long as you can.

Breathing in I am free.

Letting 50 trillion cells of your body marinate in that freedom and that peace.

Slowly releasing when your body says so.

Letting go only when you are ready.

Going back to the haloactive in through your nose.

Starting with your mouth this time giving yourself the permission to go a little deeper into your body's healing and relaxing states.

Letting your body and breath do the work.

Maybe releasing with a sigh or a scream or maybe just exhaling today.

Whichever feels good in this moment.

Being more in peace,

Letting go,

Releasing,

Emptying out.

Anything that doesn't serve you,

That doesn't belong.

Keeping that breath moving,

Keeping that breath flowing.

I am free,

Claiming in more calm.

You are so safe to relax.

You are so safe to feel.

I am right here with you.

You have everything within you to just feel more at ease.

Maybe letting out a sigh,

Checking in with your body,

Leaning deeper into the ground with each ground,

With each breath out.

Rooting,

Stabilizing,

Letting go of all the anxiety,

Fear,

Chaos that isn't serving you in this moment.

You are so safe to feel,

So held,

So supported.

I am right here with you.

Listening to what's most nourishing to your body,

The pace,

The depth.

If you need to stop altogether,

That's okay too,

Not forcing,

Just being.

Keeping that breath going,

Checking in with your body in the next breath out,

Breathing in all the peace,

All the freedom,

And emptying out completely and holding your breath there.

Letting 50 trillion cells of your body marinate in this peace and calm.

Breathing till as long as you can,

A little longer maybe if that feels safe to your body.

Being in this presence,

Being in here,

In your body,

Feeling a little more safe,

A little more clear,

Emptying out completely and just being here in this moment,

Releasing the pattern,

Feeling more anchored,

Feeling more held.

Letting 50 trillion cells of your body marinate in this peace and calm.
