by Ben Holt
Euphoric Breathwork is a powerful Breathing technique that is designed to ease the thinking mind and access the super conscious. This breathwork is said to release endogenous DMT, also known as the Spirit Molecule in the lungs and Pineal glad, creating a euphoric and psychedelic esc experience. Enjoy!

Hello everyone and welcome to euphoric breathwork.
In this breathwork practice we are going to be experiencing deep levels of euphoria.
We are also going to be experiencing a very beautiful non-ordinary state experience.
This is similar to an experience that you can have during a deep breathwork session,
A plant medicine experience,
A deep meditative experience,
You name it.
And we're going to access this non-ordinary state experience very quickly.
So I'm going to explain to you the way euphoric breathwork works,
The steps,
And then I'm going to guide you through the practice.
To begin we are going to be taking 11 deep breaths in through our nose,
Exhaling through the mouth.
It'll sound like this.
Breathing in through the nose and relaxing the breath out through the mouth just like that.
On our 12th breath we'll take a big deep breath in through the mouth and we'll hold the breath.
From there we're going to squeeze the fists,
Squeeze the abs,
Squeeze the arms,
Flexing all the muscles in our body,
The Mula Banda,
Our legs,
Our calves,
Our feet,
Pushing the tongue to the roof of the mouth,
And even rolling the eyes to the third eye.
We're going to be holding the squeeze for eight seconds.
After eight seconds we'll release the squeeze and hold the breath for a few more seconds until finally releasing the breath through an exhale with the mouth slightly closed and it'll sound like this.
This will be one round of euphoric breathwork.
You may experience a very powerful sensation whenever doing this breathwork and if you're new to breathwork I invite you to lie down before doing the breathwork session.
If you're a breathwork veteran then you can go ahead and sit up just make sure everything around you is nice and soft and the off chance that you could pass out during this breathwork practice.
Okay we're going to begin in just a few moments so I invite you to go ahead and lie down or sit up nice and tall in a very comfortable and safe area.
All right I invite you to take a deep breath in through the nose.
Open the mouth and sigh it out.
Deep breath in.
Sigh it out.
Beautiful.
Remember that we're breathing in through the nose and exhaling through the mouth and on the twelfth breath we'll take a big deep breath in through the mouth.
Holding the breath and squeezing all the muscles for eight seconds.
Then we release the squeeze,
Hold the breath and after a few more seconds we'll exhale the breath out with pursed lips sounding like this.

Hi Ben, first, DEEP THANKS FOR THIS PRACTICE-it is giving me what feels like new life from each cell in my body all the way to my soul. Euphoric breath has become one of my favorites, I have only done the short versions so far, and I have a question. After the squeezing part, I feel this wave in my body, it is a gentle shaking that runs throughout my body. Often, unconsciously I let go of the breath, but only realize this when you say to let go. I have no recollection of having let go or what happened after my body starts shaking, I just wake up at the end of the shake…. Is this normal? I feel light and energized after it, so I have not worried, but also, I have not done a longer, deeper version of it. Would you comment on this? Thank you! Sandra

Wonderful practice! I enjoyed the gentle pacing, music, and voice to help ground during the intensity of the breaths. Is there a practice minus the intro?

Great breathwork session. I get a lot of energy and clarity from this breathwork but it doesn't feel like a workout like some other more intense breathwork sessions. Highly recommend.
