I'll invite you now to find a comfortable position.
Take your time adjusting to the space you are in.
If it feels right on the next breath,
Close your eyes or lower your gaze and spend some time with your breath.
Allowing your body to settle in and your mind to drift.
With each inhale,
Breathe in calmness.
And with each exhale,
Release any tension or stress.
Take a moment to scan your body from head to toe.
Noticing any areas of tension or discomfort.
And as you exhale,
Imagine releasing that tension.
Feeling your body becoming more relaxed.
Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet,
Grounding you to the earth.
Feel the stability and support from the ground beneath you,
Knowing that you are safe and secure.
See if you can conjure up in your mind's eye a time when you felt strong,
Capable,
And proud of yourself.
It could be a recent event or something from the past.
Visualize this moment as clearly as you can.
Noticing the details of where you were,
What you were doing,
And how you felt.
As you hold this image in your mind,
Repeat the following affirmations to yourself,
Either silently or out loud.

These could be qualities like compassion,
Creativity,
Determination.
Acknowledge and celebrate each of these strengths,
Recognizing the unique and valuable qualities of each of these qualities.
Imagine yourself in the future,
Continuing to grow and thrive.
See yourself using your strengths to achieve your goals and make a positive impact.
Visualize this moment as clearly as you can.
Visualize the confidence and joy you feel as you embrace your true potential.
With this comes the understanding that our strengths can support our growth,
And that there's always a journey involving gaining new knowledge,
