Hello,

Let's begin by finding that comfortable seated position,

Taking your time,

Closing your eyes or lowering your gaze and allowing yourself to be with your breath for the next few moments.

See where it guides you throughout your body,

Your thoughts,

All the sensations within you and around you.

Then when you're ready,

Bring your attention to the image of a sturdy wall or barrier standing in front of you.

Imagine yourself standing before this wall,

Feeling its presence and recognizing its significance in your life.

As you stand before the wall,

Imagine looking to your left and right.

See that the wall is not endless.

There are pathways around it.

Visualize yourself walking around the wall,

Finding a clear path to the other side.

I invite you once again to return to facing the wall,

This time taking a deep breath in,

Gathering all the energy and intention to release this barrier.

As you exhale,

Imagine your breath as a powerful force,

Dissolving the wall with each breath out.

Feel the wall slowly disintegrate,

Revealing the open space beyond.

With the wall gone,

Take a moment to appreciate the open expanse before you.

Recognize the possibilities and opportunities now visible.

Appreciate all the sensations that arise here,

Even those of expanded,

Doubt and uncertainty.

As you see this wide horizon before you,

What can become of it?

Where can you begin?

Silently repeat the affirmation,

I am capable of overcoming obstacles,

And seeing the bigger picture.

I am capable of overcoming obstacles,

And seeing the bigger picture.

I am capable of overcoming obstacles,

And seeing the bigger picture.

I am capable of overcoming obstacles,

And seeing the bigger picture.

Notice what it's like to trust in your ability to find ways around or through barriers in your life.

Notice what it's like to feel this within your body,

The sense of freedom and empowerment.

Continue to be with this feeling,

To observe this expanse.

And with a few more deep conscious breaths,

Gradually bring your awareness back to the room.

Taking this feeling of refreshment and empowerment with you into the rest of your day.
