Welcome to this meditation.
Find a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down,
Whatever feels grounded and safe in this moment.
Gently close your eyes.
Take a deep inhale and exhale slowly,
Releasing any tension or expectation.
Again,
In through your nose,
Hold it for a moment,
And exhale through your mouth,
Softening and relaxing.
With each breath,
Allow yourself to arrive more fully in your body.
Feel the surface beneath you supporting you.
Know that this time is yours for clarity,
For transformation,
For confidence.
Now bring your attention to your breath.
Notice how it moves in and out.
Let your exhale carry away what no longer serves you.
Let your inhales bring in calm,
Clarity,
And presence.
As you continue to breathe gently,
Imagine a soft light at the center of your chest,
Just beneath your sternum.
This light is your inner knowing,
Your clarity.
With each inhale,
It grows stronger.
With each exhale,
It expands.
At the same time,
Imagine another flame,
This one for confidence.
It begins as a spark at your solar plexus,
The area just above your stomach.
With each breath,
The spark ignites,
Expanding outward,
Filling your torso with a radiant warmth.
Now in your mind's eye,
See a gentle,
Wide-open space inside of you.
This is your inner world.
It's safe.
It's honest.
It's illuminated.
In this space,
You have the power to see and be seen.
And now,
Invite your awareness outward to how you are interacting with the outer world.
Notice your relationships,
Your work,
Your presence.
Notice how you're showing up.
Notice how you may shrink,
Hide,
Or dim your light.
And notice how you might step into more of your truth and your confidence.
In this moment,
Allow yourself to let go of the story that you are small.
Let go of the old habit of hiding yourself.
Breathe in clarity.
Breathe out limitation.
Feel the warm flame of confidence rising inside you.
Feel it supporting you,
Rooting you.
Let it embed into your body,
Your posture,
Your voice,
Your presence.
Now I invite you to gently affirm,
Silently or aloud,
I see myself clearly.
I release anxiety and step into my power.
I choose confidence.
I bring my true self into the world.
Let these words settle within you.
As this flame of confidence and clarity is alive within you now,
Imagine yourself in your outer world.
Maybe in a place you know.
Maybe in your mind's projection.
See yourself moving through your day,
Your interactions,
Your tasks,
With calm,
Clarity,
And with bold confidence.
See how others are responding to your presence,
Your clarity,
Your steadiness,
And your groundedness.
Feel how it changes the energy around you.
Let this vision sink deep within yourselves.
You are anchored now in clarity and in confidence.
You are compassionate towards yourself,
Knowing that transformation is a process.
If you feel a trace of anxiety or old patterns,
Simply notice it.
Breathe into it.
Let the flame of clarity transform it into awareness,
Into energy,
Into possibilities.
Let's close this meditation with gratitude.
Place your hand on your heart,
Honoring yourself and your journey and your true willingness to see and be seen.

For presence,

Now gradually bring your awareness back to your body.
Feel the surface beneath you.
Take a deep inhale and fully exhale.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
You're returning to your outer world,
But you carry clarity,
Confidence,
And the fire of transformation.
