Welcome to this meditation.

During this meditation,

You will relax your mind and your body and be more relaxed than you've ever known yourself to be before.

You're going to be communicating with your subconscious mind,

And in order to do that,

You must be completely and deeply relaxed.

Go ahead and get into a comfortable position,

Either sitting or laying down,

Whatever feels best for you.

Just go ahead and close your eyes now,

Relaxing deeply and completely.

Taking a deep breath in through your nose,

Feeling the air filling your lungs and release it completely now.

Take another deep breath in through your nose,

Feeling the air move throughout your body and exhale,

Releasing it now.

One more time,

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Feeling it enter all of the cells in your body and release it completely,

Feeling so good and so relaxed here in your body.

In order to relax even deeper and to create a deeper sense of calm,

Imagine yourself on an island,

The sand is white and soft,

The water is blue and crystal clear,

You hear the waves crashing,

The sun is shining and you feel the warmth on your skin.

You have the island to yourself,

It is filled with good vibes and peaceful energy.

Breathe in this calm,

Feel it deeply and completely.

This feeling is always available to you,

This feeling of calm and tranquility.

You know this subconsciously and now you know it consciously too.

When life gets chaotic,

Always know that you can tap into this feeling of calm.

Now imagine yourself painting the picture in your mind's eye that you are the most calm version of you,

A you that responds instead of reacts,

A you that remains calm when chaos appears in your life,

The version of you with a deep sense of inner peace.

You put in the work,

You did what felt best for you.

You are so grateful and so happy because of this new found peace,

Allowing yourself to paint the picture that it's done,

It's landed,

It felt so easy.

You didn't have to think or force,

It was effortless.

You simply focused your energy on being calm.

You see yourself so calm and peaceful,

It feels so free in your body.

You feel yourself being more present.

This feeling of calm feels so good and so expansive.

You have the ability to choose what you want for your life and what you want is calm and bliss.

You knew you could experience these feelings,

Anything you desire always finds its way to you.

You know this because you are showing up in the world differently.

You show up calm,

You respond from a place of compassion and understanding instead of reacting in anger and frustration.

Emotions that used to trigger you,

No longer do because you are in the energy of peace.

Relaxing deeper and deeper now into the feeling of tranquility and calm.

The better it gets,

The better it gets.

You are able to fully show up in your power and your peace.

You are a calm,

Peaceful being.

You feel safe in this state of being.

This is your new standard.

Make this picture of yourself as big and bright as you desire.

See this picture vividly.

Feel it vividly.

You feel,

Believe and act from a place of knowing it's already done.

Come back into the room,

Back into the present moment,

Back to wakeful awareness.

You are the most calm version of you.

Go out into the world and spread that feeling of peace to those around you.
