Feel your ribcage expand and slowly releasing your breath out.
Again,
Take another deep breath in and slowly breathing it out again.
Notice your thoughts as they come and as they go.
You are safe here.
Let your thoughts go like clouds in the sky.
Let them go.

Now repeat after me silently.
I honour my feelings.
I feel peace in this moment.
I honour my boundaries that support me.
I express my needs.
I am grateful for the wisdom to choose.
I focus on what I can control.
I am present.
I am calm.
All is well.
Now bring your attention back to your body again and just notice your breath as it moves in and as it moves out.
And again,
If thoughts come in,
Just let them come and let them go.

Let's begin by bringing our attention to our feet.
Notice the sensations here.
Imagine sending a golden healing light all the way down to your feet.
Just feel this light enter in as you breathe in all the way down and out.
Now moving your attention to your legs.
Notice your thoughts as they come and go and let them go.
As you breathe in,

Just notice how soothing it feels.
Notice this golden light moving and out.
Now let's move our attention to your back,
Chest and abdomen.
Take a few moments to curiously notice the sensations here.
Allow the golden healing light to enter these areas as you breathe in.
As you breathe out,
Let go of any tension you have.
Just let go.

Moving your attention now to your arms.
Imagine sending a golden healing light all the way into your arms as you breathe in.
Just feel it move in and out.
Feel the softening of sensations here in your arms and your hands.
As you breathe in and out,
Feel the softening and let go.
Now moving our attention to our neck and shoulders.
Let's begin by noticing the sensations here.
Just notice.
Imagine as you breathe in,
Sending a golden healing light to soothe your shoulders and neck.
Just notice how it feels.
Notice this golden light move in and move out.
Now moving our attention to our scalp,
Our head and face.
Notice the golden healing light enter through your nose.
Feel it soothe and soften any tension.
On your scalp,
Your head,
Your face.
Soften attention in your jaw,
Your forehead.
Bringing our attention now to our entire body from the top of our head all the way down to our toes.
Take a deep breath in of this golden light.
Feel it restore your energy.
Feel it renew your well-being.
Take another deep breath in and exhale.
Feel the warm golden light throughout your whole body.
Feel it move through you.
Just feel.
Just feel.
Breathing it in again one final time and slowly breathing it out.
