You made it,

Mama.

You are here.

You took a moment for yourself.

You might be feeling overwhelmed.

You might be feeling tired.

You might feel like you don't have the mental,

Physical,

Or emotional capacity to complete everything you need to do.

You might feel like you have nothing more to give.

But you made it here.

You are giving yourself this time.

I see you.

I feel you.

I understand you.

There's a lot that you carry.

But you don't always have to carry it all.

So let's release.

Close your eyes.

You may sit or lie down.

Get comfortable.

This.

This is your moment.

Now inhale through the nose.

And exhale through the mouth.

What do you feel?

What are you carrying?

Where in your body do you feel overwhelmed?

Is it your chest,

Your head,

Your stomach?

If you can touch it,

Place both of your hands there.

If you can't touch it,

Focus your attention on this location.

What do you feel?

Is what you are feeling something you need to carry?

Is it something that you can let go?

What would it feel like for this feeling of overwhelm to go away?

What would it look like?

Gently breathe and sit with it.

You can do a lot,

But not all at once.

You can do a lot,

But not all at once.

Repeat after me.

I can do a lot,

But not all at once.

I can do a lot,

But not all at once.

I can let go.

I can let go.

I've been in this just for this moment right here.

Now,

Put both of your hands over your heart.

What do you feel?

Gently breathe and sit with it.

What do you feel?

You give so much love to others.

Don't forget to love yourself as well.

You are amazing.

You are doing the best that you can.

You can do a lot,

But not all at once.

So be kind to yourself.

Keeping your hands on your heart,

Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

One more time.

Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

May you be safe.

May you be healthy.

And may you carry your day with love and peace,
