Hello and welcome to Gym Mental with Coach Rob Silver.
Today we're going to do a movement to help ground and center you.
Starting out either standing or sitting,
Bring both of your palms to rest right below your navel.
As your hands rest in this area,
I'd like you to gently close your eyes and just slowly take a nice deep breath in through the nose and release through the mouth.
Bringing all your awareness and attention now to the space behind your palms and your lower back.
Now as we do this,
We're just feeling and noticing into this area.
Not with any expectations,
Not with any judgments,
Just with pure awareness,
A curiosity maybe.
And as you take a nice breath in through the nose and exhale through your mouth,
Bringing all your awareness and attention to that space right behind the palms and your lower back.
Gently feeling and noticing into this area as you slowly take a nice inhale in and exhale out.
Just a few more moments,
You can do it.
Remembering to take those nice small inhales in and exhale out.
Bringing all that awareness right to the palms and the lower back.
Good work.
One last good inhale in and exhale out.
Relieving all tension and energy from the shoulders and the hands and just moving the feet and just moving the body around and just noticing how you feel.
