Sometimes,
You know,
We get that little headache,
Right?
And it's because we're not getting enough blood flow to the brain.
And in order to do that,
We're going to do a little exercise today where I want you to take both of your thumbs and place them right behind the back of your head,
Right where the skull and neck meet at,
Right in that area.
And as you feel into that area,
I want you to just kind of knead around,
Just feel into it,
Notice it,
Right?
And as you're noticing it,
Find an area where you feel the most pressure,
The most tension,
And just put a little bit of pressure on it with your thumbs.
And when you get that pressure on that area,
I'd like you to slowly take a nice deep breath in and exhale out.
Just slowly still pressing and feeling into that area nice and firmly as this time you take another inhale in and exhale out.
Letting that area just pushing it just a little bit,
Feeling into that uncomfortability,
Into that tension nice and gently as we take this last inhale in and exhale out.
Good work.
Now take those thumbs and knead around a little bit more.
We're going to do this a couple more times.
So as you feel into that area on the back of the neck,
Just anywhere it feels tense,
This is your time to just put your hands right on that area.
And as you have a nice firm hold on it,
Take a nice slow inhale in and exhale out.
Noticing that change,
Noticing that difference.
As we take another nice inhale in and exhale out.
Come on,
Let's get one more like that.
Hold it just for a little bit longer as you take a nice deep inhale in and exhale it out.
Beautiful.
All right,
Let's do this one more time.
Knead around a little bit more.
We all can use a little bit more blood flow,
A little bit more energy to the brain,
Right?
We got a lot to do,
A lot to think about.
So let's get this blood moving.
Go ahead,
Put those fingers,
Find that spot again.
If it's a new one,
It's a new one.
You got your fingers on it.
All right,
Let's take a nice inhale in and exhale it on out.
Again,
Moving with the body nice and gently as you inhale in and exhale out.
Last one,
You're almost there.
Come on,
Hold on right in that area and take that last inhale in and exhale out.
Wow,
You just got it done.
