This guided meditation leads you through connection to love and sending healing love energy to every part of your body including your internal organs, which often gets overlooked. Sending gratitude for your body and the blessings it brings to each and every day.

Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Just allow yourself to connect to your breath,
Feeling that connection of calm and peace,
With each breath allowing yourself to relax more and more.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Just completely relaxing.
I'd like you to be able to connect to your body for this meditation,
Allowing yourself to connect not only spiritually but physically as well.
We're going to send love and healing light to every part of our body.
Often we send love to ourselves in general,
But today we're also going to send love to different parts of our body,
To connect to those areas and to send healing light to all these areas.
So I want you to just feel that connection to yourself as you continue breathing in and breathing out.
Feel that sense of oneness,
Of appreciation for who you are,
Your entire being.
Allow the breath to relax you.
Allow the breath to calm and soothe you.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Feel that calm.
Just feel that oneness and the silence within.
The oneness of being.
Being where you are,
Body,
Mind,
Spirit and allowing yourself to let go.
Letting go of all responsibilities,
Fears,
Anxieties,
Uncertainties,
Life decisions,
Letting them go all on the exhale.
Today is about you and your entire being.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
And right now I want us to connect to the feeling of love,
Love for ourselves,
Appreciation for who we are.
And I want you quietly to yourself to repeat the following words.
I am love.
I am love.
I am love.
Just allow yourself to feel that connection to love.
Keep repeating this silently to yourself and let these words send you deeper to that connection of just being.
Being one with yourself.
Being in this present moment.
Connecting within.
Connecting to your mind,
Your body and your spirit.
I am love.
Really connect that feeling of love,
Love for yourself.
Connect to that feeling of being fully present in the essence of love,
In the essence of this energy of love.
I am love.
Allow yourself to be one with the energy of love.
And now what we want to do is we want to send this love energy to the different parts of your body.
We often take the different parts of our body for granted,
But today I want us to send love energy,
Appreciation and healing light to the different parts.
Let's send this love energy to the cells in your body,
Restoring them,
Energising them so that they can continue to look after you,
Heal you and do their job within the body.
Send healing love energy to the cells of your body.
Send love energy to your liver.
Send love energy to your kidneys.
Send love energy to your digestive system.
When we are stressed and feeling vulnerable or anxious,
We don't realise how this affects your digestive system,
Your kidneys,
Your liver and the cells within your body.
Let's not overlook this and let's send healing love energy to these areas of the body.
When they feel that essence of love from you,
It helps strengthen your immune system.
Healing love energy,
Helping your body to function and do its job so that you can carry each day moving forward and doing what you need to do.
Sending love energy to your heart,
Allowing it to pump oxygen around your body,
Energising your cells.
Sending love energy to your lungs,
Helping you to breathe more easily,
To release panic attacks,
And to function strong.
Sending love energy to your throat.
Sending love energy to your joints.
Just allow your body to feel the essence of love,
Healing and the appreciation that you have for these areas.
Sending love energy to the brain,
Allowing the brain to relax and gain clarity.
When you meditate,
You are giving the brain that space to breathe,
To let go of any stresses and to connect to that calm,
That peaceful place where clarity comes.
Sending love energy to your intestines,
Your limbs,
Your eyes,
Your ears,
Your nose,
Your mouth.
Being thankful for the gifts,
The gifts that all these body parts bring to your life.
We take for granted all these areas of our body.
Let's send gratitude and love to these areas.
Being thankful that you can see.
Being thankful that you can hear.
Being thankful that you can walk.
Being thankful that you can think and gain clarity.
That you can digest food.
I just want you right now to connect to that feeling of gratitude for each and every part of your body.
All these different areas,
And if there's any I've not mentioned,
I'm sending love,
Gratitude and healing light to each part.
Your back,
Your spine,
Your neck,
Your arms,
Your legs,
Your feet.
Internal and external.
Send gratitude,
Thanking your body for being strong and getting you from A to B.
Enabling you to live out your career,
To live out your purpose,
To see friends and family,
To socialise,
To go to events,
To experience life.
All these things that we take for granted,
All these things can happen when our body functions properly.
So right now give thanks to your body for being the house where your soul lives,
Where your higher being lives.
Feel that connection to body,
Mind and spirit.
And quietly to yourself,
Say thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you.
And once again connect to that energy of love.
Imagine this energy of love to be whatever colour you want it to be,
Whatever colour resonates with you.
And see this energy of love above the crown of your head coming down through your entire body,
Sending love and healing light internally and externally.
Releasing any tension in the body,
Any tension in the mind and just filling it up with love,
Gratitude and healing light.
Be thankful as this light continues down through your entire being,
Right out to the bottom,
The soles of your body.
Feel gratitude for your entire being.
Now quietly to yourself,
I want you to repeat the words.
I am love.
I am love.
I am love.
And truly resonate with those words.
I am love.
I am love.
I am love.
And as I go quiet for a moment,
Just feel that connection.
I feel that body,
Mind,
Spirit connection to love,
Internally and externally.
Thank you to your cells.
Thank you to your liver.
Thank you to your kidneys.
Thank you to your digestive system.
Thank you to your heart.
Thank you to your lungs,
Your joints,
Your throat,
Your mouth.
Thank you to your brain,
Your intestines,
Your limbs,
Your eyes,
Your nose,
Your ears,
Your feet,
Your hands,
Your back,
Your spine.
Thank you.
And thank you to the breath.
As you now go back to focusing on your breath,
Be thankful for each breath that you take.
As you breathe in slowly and breathe out,
Breathing in slowly and breathe out.
And now becoming aware of your environment and the surface that you're on.
Thank you to slowly begin wiggling your fingers and toes.
Now coming back to the breath,
Take a deep breath in and breathe out.
Take another deep breath in and out.
And one more deep breath in and out.
And when you're ready,
You can slowly open your eyes.
