Welcome to a five-minute guided meditation for living with intention.

Take a comfortable seat or lie down and gently close your eyes.

Begin by taking a deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Feel your body relax with each breath.

Now take a moment to tune into this present moment.

Let go of any distractions,

Worries or thoughts about the past or future.

Simply be here in this moment with yourself.

Affirmations to set your intention.

Now repeat these affirmations in your mind or aloud,

Allowing them to settle deeply within you.
