Feeling pulled in every direction and fizzing with a tense, scattered energy? This practice is for that exact feeling. It’s not about forcing yourself to be still, but about actively working with the restlessness you already have. Use this meditation to directly confront and release that pent up energy, helping you to find some solid ground when your feeling discombobulated. Music Written and Produced by Andy Casey

Hey,

It's Coach Casey.

A little birdie tells me that you've been feeling a bit discombobulated today.

There's a lot going on.

A lot of your energy has been drained,

But that's okay.

It's time for you to have a little reset.

Time for you to allow your body and your mind to reconnect.

Gently close down your eyes and take a long,

Slow inhale through your nose.

Then take a long,

Slow exhale through your mouth.

Really sigh it out.

Let's do that again.

A nice long,

Slow inhale through your nose and a long,

Slow exhale through your mouth.

Really let that go.

I want you to take a few moments to notice as you lay there or as you're seated,

To notice any areas of your body where you feel tension.

Anything that has taken your energy today,

Be it good,

Bad,

Just allow yourself to recognise those feelings.

And as you notice those areas of tension,

I want you to just take an inhale through your nose and breathe in calm and send it to that area in your body.

And as you exhale,

I want you to exhale tension.

Exhale any tension.

Again,

Breathe in through your nose,

Breathe in calm and exhale any tension.

Now,

If you notice any other areas of your body that need this treatment,

Need this love,

Move to the next area of your body.

Or if you're still in that same place,

Breathe in calm,

Send calm to that area of your body.

And as you exhale,

Exhale tension.

Breathe in calm and exhale tension.

Once again,

Feel free to move to another area of your body that needs your support.

Breathe in calm and exhale tension.

Breathe in calm and exhale tension.

Breathe in calm and exhale calm.

Breathe in calm and exhale calm.

Remember that you can come back to this meditation at any point.

Whenever you need,

A little bit of a reset to allow your body and your mind to reconnect.

Take a moment to bring your awareness back to this present moment.

And gently open your eyes.
