A few deep cleansing breaths.

Notice how the belly rises and falls without effort.

Bring your awareness to the air that flows in through the lips and down towards the lungs,

Filling the lungs with clean,

Cleansing,

Pure oxygen.

Notice how the lungs rise and fill and slowly how they empty.

Connect yourself with the rhythm of your body.

Bring your awareness to the way the oxygen fills the lungs and enters the bloodstream.

Clean,

Pure,

Beautiful oxygen filling your body with life.

Feeling this clear,

White,

Bright oxygen running through the body and around the bloodstream like an old,

Ancient,

Wise river.

Feel this oxygen reaching the toes,

The ankles,

Coming up the legs,

Softening the knees,

Thighs,

Cleansing the hips and the pelvis.

Coming up through the chest,

Loosening the neck,

Elongating the spine.

Moving round the shoulders and down the arms,

Softening the elbows,

The wrists,

Your fingertips and thumb.

Noticing how the chin,

Jaw and tongue gently relax.

Feeling the cheeks,

The eyes and the forehead completely letting go.

Feeling calm,

Centred and cradled in this space.

This space,

This meditation has come into your life because you are loved.

Carry love with you every day.

Let it be a gentle reminder of the love you radiate and how much you are cherished.

You are a unique and very special person.

Now slowly bringing your awareness back into the present moment.

But to keep this peaceful,

Relaxed peace of mind.
