Hello,
My name is Clover Norton and I'm a mindfulness and meditation teacher.
And this meditation is based on cultivating happiness.
I'd like to start by you finding a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down.
And once you get into position,
I'd like you to close your eyes.
Or if you prefer to keep them open,
That's okay as well.
And let's start by taking three deep cleansing breaths.
Breathing in through the nostrils,
Breathing the oxygen into the lungs and then the out breath through the mouth.
Just soothing and calming the body with the breath.
Breathing any tension and then coming into normal breathing.
Connecting with the natural rhythm of your breath and your body.
And just exploring what it's like to breathe.
And this meditation has come into your life right now because you deserve it.
A happy soul is a rich and peaceful soul.
Cultivate the affirmation happiness and understand that you hold the key to your own happiness.
Do the things that make you happy.
Choose to be positive,
To always learn,
To love and to forgive.
Radiate happiness.
Celebrate positive feelings and emotions around you.
Share your positivity and reach out to others.
Feel and radiate happiness flowing through your body.
Starting in your mind,
In your head.
Let it flow into the face,
The tongue,
The chin,
Down the neck,
Into the shoulders,
Into the lungs,
The tummy,
The arms,
Fingertips,
Hips,
Pelvis,
Legs and toes.
Allow this feeling of happiness to enter your aura.
Celebrate the happiness you feel in your heart around you.
And carry this affirmation,
This happiness with you for as long as you need to.
