This is a short meditation based on the affirmation belief.
And we'll start by finding a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down,
Whichever feels right for you.
And whilst we get settled,
Perhaps closing the eyes or keeping the eyes open.
And now just bring your awareness to the rhythm of your own breath.
So just noticing how the air comes in and out of the body.
We're not trying to change the breath or change anything here.
We're simply connecting with the rhythm of our breath,
This life force.
Breath coming in and out of the body with no effort.
And as we start to feel the tension slowly melting away,
We visualize the word belief.
Really noticing the capital B and the shape of the E,
The length of the L,
The I and the dot,
E and the curve of the F,
Belief.
By visualizing this word,
You will be reminded to have faith in life.
Believe in yourself and know that you are capable of amazing things and that you will reach your goals.
Believe in miracles,
They do happen.
Trust that you are exactly where you need to be at this precise moment in life in order for your spirit to grow.
Trust that you are exactly where you need to be at this precise moment in life for your spirit to grow.
And when you are ready,
Slowly open the eyes and know that you can achieve anything you put your mind to,
Belief.
