This is Clemens from MindAnchor and today I would like to invite you for this two-minute,
Very quick meditation to arrive to this moment and be more present for this meeting.
So to start,
Find a comfortable position upright on your chair and when you feel comfortable you can close your eyes and just taking a moment to drop in and notice any sensations in your body.
Perhaps you notice your feet making contact with the floor,
The rest of your body making contact with the chair and maybe there's a feeling of tension in your shoulders or your back,
Maybe your face.
Perhaps you feel warm or cold.
Is there a tingling sensation?
Just noticing whatever comes up in your body and allowing that,
Not needing to change it in any way.
And then slowly bringing some gentle movements into your fingertips and your toes and once you're ready you can open your eyes again.
