Hello gorgeous souls,
Hope you are having a wonderful day.
Today we're gonna do a meditation so it's best to listen to this if you're not driving so you can wait till you get somewhere safe,
Comfortable or until you get home.
Now saying that you are home or just somewhere,
Could be on a beach or just somewhere comfortable.
I want you to sit comfortably in a chair or an easy pose whether you're on the floor,
A meditation pillow,
Wherever you are most comfortable and at ease.
We're gonna ask the divine guidance from the highest truth and compassion to welcome support to us.
Now we recognize that our minds have gone wrong and we can see how unforgiving we have been.
We always want to make sure that we forgive.
Sometimes it can feel hard but forgiveness is always best for ourselves okay.
We see our part in creating this pattern of self-destruction and we welcome the spirit to step in and help and guide us and we are willing to see the love instead because love wins,
Pure love.
Thank you for your guidance in the process of forgiveness.
We will listen to your intuition and show up for our spiritual assignments and do all that is necessary to love again.
We are ready to receive.
Take a deep breath as you expand your diaphragm.
Exhale completely as your diaphragm contracts.
Continue this cycle of breath throughout your meditation slowly and easily.
As you continue this long deep breath,
Take a moment to tap into the feeling of resentment toward whom or whomever is the focus of your meditation.
This could be someone else,
This could even be yourself.
It is okay to forgive yourself.
When in your body and where in your body do you feel the resentment,
Tightness,
Any anxiety?
Breathe it deeply into this area on your body so that we can release it and let it go.
Place your hand on the area of your body as you continue to breathe.
Now place your hand on your heart.
Now as you breathe,
Envision a ball of white light forming inside of your heart.
This light represents forgiveness and love.
Breathe in and out as this light begins to expand inside of you.
The light now has taken over your entire chest,
Freeing you from attachments.
Continuing to breathe.
In your mind's eye,
Invite whomever you're resenting into the meditation or just acknowledging and being aware of your own presence.
See them standing before you or looking in the mirror.
As you witness them,
See how they too have a ball of white light glowing in their heart and chest.
On the inhale,
Extend the light from your heart to their heart.
On the exhale,
Envision them sending you the same light back to your heart.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Continuing to inhale and exhale this cycle of light.
Pure radiant light of love and healing,
Acceptance,
Forgiveness.
Love radiates all.
Continuing to breathe.
You are now two great rays of light.
In this light you are no longer attached to resentment or the past.
Breaking away like a cord.
Floating off.
The future is no longer a concern and all your old ideas are erased.
Purity.
You are both simply light.
Continuing to breathe.
Breathe into this light.
Forgiveness.
Love.
Ease.
Peace.
These great rays of light represent your oneness,
Your connection,
Your truth.
You are love and you can now let go of whatever you have been holding on to.
Release.
Inhale forgiveness.
Exhale resentment.
For a moment sit in the stillness of this light.
Let it heal you.
Take a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Feeling the lightness.
Feeling the joy.
The forgiveness.
The oneness.
Take a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Start to come back into your body.
Start wiggling your little toes.
Wiggling your fingers.
And when you're ready open your eyes back up to the room.
