Transcript

Before starting this meditation,

Set your journal and pen next to you.

When you finish the meditation,

You'll free write in your journal about your experience.

Be sure to document your experience so you can remember it and refer back to it.

Sit comfortably in a chair or cross-legged on the floor.

Close your eyes and follow this pattern of breath.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale completely.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale completely.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale completely.

Continue this gentle,

Deep breathing and let yourself become relaxed.

Just allow your thoughts to float in and out of your mind.

Allow them to pass through you without any judgment.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale completely.

As you continue your gentle,

Deep breathing,

Envision yourself in your mind's eye.

You're standing on the edge of a bridge.

However,

The bridge appears to you as perfect and can be made of any material.

It can arch high off the ground or stay low to the ground.

You can look over your shoulder and see a dark,

Shadowy cloud.

You know intuitively that this cloud represents your perception of the physical world and the fear that goes along with it.

You turn your head back to look in the front.

Across the bridge,

You see a light.

A bright,

Shimmering light.

The light is so warm,

Energetic and you feel drawn to it.

Continue to inhale slowly and deeply and exhaling completely.

With each breath,

You surrender to the powerful and loving energy of this shimmering light.

Allow the light to gently pull you forward.

Take a step onto the bridge and start to walk across it.

With each step,

You leave the shadowy cloud behind you.

With each step,

Breathe in and out peacefully.

Enjoying the serenity of your surroundings as you move toward the shimmering light.

As you approach the other end of the bridge,

You realize that the dark shadows of the physical realm have lifted.

When you glance over your shoulder,

You no longer see darkness.

You feel so much more peace.

A smile comes upon your face.

Inhale deeply and step off the bridge.

Exhale completely as you enter the realm of light.

Breathe in deeply.

The light is all you see glowing,

Glimmering,

Warm light.

Surrounded by this light,

You are no longer connected to your physical body.

You are force-filled of love.

You are free and powerful.

You are completely at ease.

You are grounded,

Centered.

You are fully taken care of.

You are loved.

You feel no attachment to your past and you are not afraid of the future.

In this moment,

You are light.

You feel the energy.

You feel glorious,

Magnificent.

Allow yourself to stand in this light for as long as you desire,

Taking it all in.

Continue to breathe gently and deeply.

Allow the light to restore you,

To bring you back to your truth.

Stand in the light and breathe peacefully.

As you stand in the light,

Recite this prayer back to yourself.

Miracles are seen in light.

I choose to see in light and bring light with me everywhere.

Miracles are seen in light.

I choose to see in light and bring light with me everywhere.

Miracles are seen in light.

I choose to see in light and bring light with me everywhere.

Feel the feeling of that affirmation and breathe in deeply.

Exhale completely.

This prayer affirms how you want to feel.

Miracles are seen in light.

I choose to see in light and bring light with me everywhere.

Continuing to breathe.

Taking deep breaths in and releasing out.

Miracles are seen in light.

I choose to see in light and bring light with me everywhere.

Take another deep breath in and release.

And when you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes to the room.

Take another deep breath in and release.

Open your journal and allow your pen to flow.

Just flow freely about your experience standing in the light.

Whatever it is that comes up,

Do not edit a word.

Just let it flow freely.

Just write.

Write down your experience of this miracle.

The miracle of releasing the physical world of fear and embracing the realm of light.

This practice will be significant to you because it reconnects you to who you truly are.

Allow yourself to free write and let your pen flow.

As you finish writing,

Say a prayer out loud again.

Miracles are seen in light.

I choose to see in light and bring light with me everywhere.

Take a deep breath in and release.

Now go on your day bringing light with you everywhere you go.

Always feel free to come back to this meditation at any time.

You may feel fear or doubt.
