Cultivating Patience Let's soothe our mind and have a sense of calm acceptance.

Find a comfortable place where you can sit,

Lay down,

However you feel the most comfortable in this moment.

Take some time to close your eyes,

Or if you're more comfortable,

Just have them slightly open looking down forward past your nose.

You may rest your hands on your lap by your sides,

However you're feeling most drawn to in this moment.

Gonna begin by taking three breaths in and out.

Inhaling through your nose,

Expanding your belly,

And then exhaling through your mouth,

Letting it all go.

Let's begin.

Inhaling through your nose for a count of three,

Two,

One.

Exhaling,

Two,

One.

Again,

Inhale,

Two,

One.

Exhale,

Two,

One.

Inhale,

Two,

One.

Exhale,

Two,

One.

Continuing to breathe,

Just settling into your body,

Releasing any tension from any areas.

Taking a moment to send breath to any areas of tension you may notice.

Just allowing your body and your mind to connect.

As your intuition brings you to certain areas of your body,

Just breathing into it,

Letting it all go.

Feeling safe in this moment.

At any time,

Always knowing that you can back off and just breathe gently.

As you're releasing any tension,

You can feel yourself relaxing and being grounded into the ground,

As if you feel roots extending downwards into the earth,

Just help you feeling more centered and grounded in this moment.

Feeling the calmness and serenity that comes along with being settled down into the earth.

Just breathing that in.

Taking a moment to bring an awareness to your right foot,

To your ankle,

Your right calf,

Your knee,

Your upper leg area,

Your gluteals,

Your left foot,

Your left ankle,

Lower calf,

Left knee,

Left knee,

Upper leg,

Groin,

Stomach,

Chest,

Lower back,

Middle back,

Upper back,

Shoulders,

Back of the neck,

Back of the head,

Top of the head,

Forehead,

Eyes,

Jaw,

Making sure your jaw is nice and relaxed,

Front of the neck,

Right arm,

Right hand,

Right fingers,

Left arm,

Left hand,

Left fingers,

Front of the body,

Back of the body,

Internal organs,

Your body as a whole,

Feeling the energy radiating throughout.

Taking another moment to breathe life into any area that's needed in this moment without judgment.

Continuing to breathe,

Feeling your belly rise and lower.

A smile may even come upon your face as the appreciation takes over.

Imagining this warm glowing light,

Noticing patience surrounding you,

Gentle sun rising within you,

Feeling this energy go through all parts of your body,

Just feeling this energy throughout your cells.

Noticing with each inhale,

You're drawing in warm light of patience.

And with each exhale,

Releasing in patience.

As you're continuing to breathe,

Saying to yourself or aloud,

Inhale patience,

Exhale haste.

Continuing to breathe and repeat these aloud or silently,

However you choose in this moment.

Inhaling patience,

Exhaling haste.

Knowing it's okay to let go.

Any thoughts that may arise,

Allowing them to pass,

What's needed for you in this moment will come to you.

Allowing it to process whatever you can handle at this time.

Adding on to those with each breath,

I become more patient.

With each breath,

I become more patient.

With each breath,

I become more patient.

I am present in every moment.

I am present in every moment.

My time is abundant as there is abundance in every area of my life.

I allow things to unfold naturally.

Just taking a moment to take in all the sensations around you.

What do you hear?

Just being fully present in this moment as you also give gratitude to yourself.

Giving yourself the compassion that is there for you each day,

Allowing patience as you grow and transform into the new version of you.

Taking some more breaths in,

And releasing as you take another breath in.

Remembering your patience and exhaling anything that's not serving you in this moment.

Knowing that you take one day at a time as you transform into the new version of you.
