Hello and welcome.
In today's meditation we're going to work on bringing a sense of calm.
So go ahead and find a comfortable seat of your choice with your back nice and tall.
Breathing in deep through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
Again in through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
On your next exhale gently close your eyes.
We'll take the mantra as we breathe in we say to ourselves in and exhale out.
In,
Out.
In,
Out.
As you breathe in,
Breathing in deep into the belly and as you breathe out slowing your breath down.
So repeating the mantra in your head as we breathe in deep,
Slow on the exhale.
Deep,
Slow.
Deep,
Slow.
Deep,
Slow.
Deep,
Slow.
Anytime your mind starts to wander just come back to that phrase with your inhale and your exhale.
And now on our inhale we'll breathe in calm and we'll exhale ease letting tension melt out of your body.
Calm.
Ease.
Soften.
Specials And finally,
Our last mind.
Letting go.
Letting go.
Letting go.
Letting go of any physical and mental tension.
And finally,
We'll take three nice slow breaths together.
In through the nose.
Out through the mouth.
In through the nose.
Out through the mouth.
One last time,
Breathing in.
And letting go.
Gently with your own time,
Opening your eyes and gently coming back into the present moment,
Into right now.
With hopefully a little bit more calm.
