Take a quick moment,

I want you to get comfortable wherever you are.

Feel both feet flat on the ground.

You can close your eyes,

Feeling relaxed in your seat.

We're gonna start with a cleansing breath,

Taking an inhale through the nose and exhale,

Open mouth sigh.

Ah,

Again,

Inhale,

Feeling your chest expand and exhale,

Releasing any stress or tension you may be holding onto.

And keeping your eyes closed,

We're gonna first get a baseline of what it feels like when it's a yes answer versus a no answer.

So I want you to picture yourself on vacation,

Maybe on a beautiful,

Peaceful beach,

Looking out to the ocean,

Hearing the waves,

Feeling the sun and notice how you're feeling.

Notice your chest expand,

Your breath deepening,

The sense of ease in the body.

This is what a yes feels like.

It feels good.

And sometimes it might feel exciting,

But it just feels really easy and effortless.

Now I want you to take another deep cleansing breath,

Inhaling and exhaling.

And now I want you to imagine sitting in a huge traffic jam with people honking and cutting each other off.

And just notice how you're feeling.

Notice your breath,

Notice your chest expand,

Notice how you're feeling,

Notice your breath,

Notice your chest space.

Is it feeling tighter?

Is it more constricted?

I feel my heartbeat gets a little bit faster.

It's almost hard to take a deep breath,

Feel tension,

Discomfort.

It's just a feeling of no,

It's not feeling good right now.

And so now let's take another deep cleansing breath to reset,

Inhaling and exhaling.

And I want you to think of a question you have right now,

Maybe a decision that you've been trying to make,

You're not totally sure,

Something you'd like a little bit more clarity on.

And think about the decision.

So start with choice A,

And as you imagine it,

What this choice looks like,

Notice how your body feels.

Notice your heart space,

Your chest,

Your heartbeat,

Your breath.

Is it expanded?

Does it feel good?

Is it open?

Or does it feel tight and tense and not right?

Now I want you to take another cleansing breath.

And let's think about choice B,

Thinking about this other choice and option,

Picturing it in your mind,

And really tune in to seeing how it feels in your body.

Is it feeling open?

Do you feel warm and fuzzy in your chest?

Is it feeling tight?

Is it cold?

Is it heavy?

Taking a moment to really feel into this.

And now whenever you're ready,

Take another deep cleansing breath,

Feeling grounded in this moment,

And you can open your eyes when you're ready to come back.

And now,

I want you to take a moment to think about what it feels like to be in this moment.

What does it feel like to be in this moment?
