A very big aloha.
My name is Reverend Cindy Pollos,
And I wanted to suggest employing breathing breaks.
For you to use throughout the day.
Now,
I've always suggested taking deep breaths before.
You go into meditation.
And if you have been doing that,
You've already programmed your mind that you're going to clear space out.
And during the day,
We get involved in a lot of things,
And sometimes some very heavy duty things.
Sometimes doing extra phone calls or dealing with stuff we don't necessarily like dealing with.
So it's very valuable,
I think,
To take breaks.
During the day.
To just get back to home base,
To center.
To that core,
To that real you.
And I think one of the best ways to do that easily,
The wind just came in,
Spirit wind,
Is to take breathing breaks.
Now a good way to start is by doing it at certain times,
You know,
Lunch break,
You know,
An afternoon,
Evening break.
Because that way there's a pattern to it,
Right?
So if you take the time during the day to just.
.
.
Be quiet.
Go within and for a few moments,
It doesn't have to be long.
For maybe just three minutes.
Remember to breathe in deeply.
And hold your breath and to breathe out.
And if you can find something very nice,
If you happen to be a place where you can be outdoors,
Maybe you're doing a lunch break outdoors or something.
Then just keep your eyes open and look at the beauty around you and breathe in deeply.
And hold your breath and breathe out.
And as you do this,
You'll notice that you begin to have more awareness.
Of your spinal column.
Which is really good because when you have tension,
Sometimes your shoulders.
And your neck will hold the tension.
Or some people hold it in their lower centers of their back.
Or in their hands even.
So if you allow yourself to be aware.
As you're breathing of your body as well,
And how it reacts to just taking a moment to get back to center,
To your true core.
Breathing in deeply and out.
Reaching and straightening everything up and just breathing out.
I always like that ah-ha-ha is breath.
In a way.
Ah,
You know,
Just breathing in deeply.
And holding your breath and breathing out.
And you can do this in the way that suits you best.
You don't have to listen to anything I'm saying.
Now you just have it programmed into your mind.
It's just like,
I'm going to get back center.
I'm going to go back.
To that core.
And I'm going to breathe in.
Holding the breath and breathing out.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
And as you do this,
You'll begin to make a habit of it,
Just like you do when you go to meditation every day.
I truly believe if you just do this practice.
Of breathing,
You'll find that you get back to your center.
And you remember to be aligned with your higher self.
So this is a great gift that you can use and you can practice in the evening.
It might be a little different.
You might have a little more time.
To relax and it might be a good thing to do even to.
Release any of the tensions or thoughts of the day that might have accumulated.
And if you just start with that three times a day,
You'll find it very useful.
And in fact,
It might become a habit to the point where you can find yourself doing this breath practice at any time when you have gone through a stressful situation.
And you found yourself getting completely overwhelmed,
You just always go back to that breath.
It's so simple.
Breath sweeps mind.
Breathing in,
Sweeping it out and breathing out.
You know,
That breath will really truly help you,
And it's such a.
.
.
Useful habit to start to use.
I just wanted to share that gift with you.
Using breath throughout the day to get back to your center,
To clear any of the tension out and to become back to your core,
Your true self.
I thank you so very much and I wish you all the best of breath in your life every day to use as a tool.
