We've been trying to do this for a while,

Right?

Thank goodness for pre-recording,

Because if this had happened live stream,

I don't know what we would have done.

But we are pre-recording today.

And thank goodness for that.

I want to give everybody an overview of Cindy.

And it's quite this is just giving the very surface of what she has accomplished in her short lifetime already.

So here we go.

Reverend Dr.

Cindy Paulus is a music producer,

Author,

Poet,

Lyricist,

Composer,

Producer,

Artist and longtime radio announcer on multiple stations for KAOI Radio in Maui,

Hawaii.

She has 13 CDs and eight books available on Amazon.

And that was when this was written.

There may be more now.

Cindy hosted the longest running talk show on Maui for 33 years.

She loves creating CDs,

And it shows in that 10 of her CDs have been submitted for Grammy consideration.

Cindy was honored to be awarded the UNESCO Center for Peace 2020 Cross-Cultural and Peace Crafter Award Laureate.

She also received the 2021 Gandhi Peace Award and is a spiritual teacher on Insight Timer with over 4000 followers and a hundred and sixty one hundred and seventy six thousand plays.

Cindy.

It is so beautiful to be here with you.

It's interesting because,

Again,

We're people who have never been able to connect in person.

I've done a Zoom or two with you,

And I see you on Facebook quite a bit.

And at the same time,

I feel that there is this very deep,

Deep spiritual connection.

You know,

There's people that are interestingly that you find and there's like,

Yeah,

Yeah,

Yeah.

It's kind of nice.

I dig the vibe.

But then there's people who,

You know,

Have a very deep spiritual bond and understand the path you're on.

And that's the connection I feel with you,

That you're on the same path here.

We're traveling and walking along the path,

Although we've never seen each other.

Our spirit is connected.

Oh,

That's a beautiful connection.

Oh,

That's a beautiful compliment.

Thank you.

I accept that.

Thank you.

I feel the same with you.

And I know that we are on some paths together.

We're in IMM together.

And you've been through that path already and you're continuing in that process by contributing back to those of us who are just on that journey.

So thank you,

For doing that.

And thank you for what you just said.

So I wanted to ask you,

Cindy,

You were one of the people I really wanted to feature in this series because it is obvious that you have been on a spiritual path that has brought you not only great achievements,

Those are wonderful,

But has brought you to a place of higher consciousness,

Of knowing,

Of spiritual truth,

Of connection,

Of attuning your mind to God-mind.

So I'd like for you to begin,

If you could please share with us some of your favorite spiritual practices that allow you,

Have enabled you,

And have really embedded in you an ability to attune yourself to God-mind.

Well,

I'd be honored to be able to share that with you.

As you know,

I started with Dr.

Masters when I was about 13 years old.

And I began because my mother had the experience of her husband,

My father,

Passing away.

He said,

There is a forever.

And she was very curious about that,

That it's kind of a hint from beyond.

There is a forever.

And so,

Yes,

That opens many doors.

And for me,

It opened the doorway into finding out what does lie beyond the door.

And that doorway is quite an amazing doorway to mystical awareness that connects you with the one source.

Now,

Of course,

You don't know that when you start the path.

You just know that there's something kind of there that makes you want to knock on that door.

But how could you ever know?

What an amazing experience.

As it was once said,

The doors of perception,

Alan Watts called them the doors of perception.

When the doors of perception opened up,

You are led to understand the oneness of your mind to God consciousness,

God mind,

Universal mind.

And once you tap into that,

It directs and radiates your life with this amazing living energy,

The living light of God,

Once tapped into,

Pours through you.

And that has guided my whole life.

Now,

There's many interesting things.

And you,

What happens along that path?

Hmm,

That's my whole life,

Since I started so young.

I was so blessed with Dr.

Master to be understand what the mystical connection was.

Now,

We all have different energies and vibrations that we relate to.

And so we are,

Many of us following different kind of paths.

But for me,

Connecting to God consciousness,

The God universal mind,

The one source of all,

Definitely changed my life forever.

And it began with,

And I think for maybe many people,

It began with me wanting to read many,

Many,

Many books.

I went through at 14 years old,

15 years old,

Reading all the books that I could read about this subject,

Including Dr.

Buck's Cosmic Consciousness,

Which had a major influence in my life.

And all the books about the mystic teachers,

The wonderful mystic beings out there throughout time.

And a lot of them women and saints who have experienced this consciousness.

And I read and read and read and read.

And then one day when I was sitting there,

I experienced it.

And like everything in life,

Reading about something and experiencing it is two different things.

So if we take that same thought for a second and expand a little bit on that,

We can read,

We can read,

Read,

Read,

Read.

We can,

I can even read in meditation.

But when you stop reading,

And then you go to the actual meaning of the experience,

It's so different.

So if I were to take that one step further,

Right now,

If I were not just talking,

But we were able to really be ready to believe that we could experience that infinite God light,

The light beyond all lights,

The light of a million suns,

And the love that is the unconditional love,

Which is the source of all life.

Wouldn't it be wonderful?

Wouldn't it just be marvelous?

Wouldn't it be glorious?

Wouldn't it be magnificent?

All of those words do not describe the experience.

Now,

I think that's why we came here,

Because we could be in that experience,

But then maybe we couldn't necessarily share it and talk about it.

So most of all my life has been trying to express it since then.

Now,

I was extremely shy as a young girl.

Very,

Very shy.

I was so shy at home,

If someone would come and knock on our rather large house,

We lived in the castle.

My father was born in a section of the castle in Prague,

And so he's an architect and designed the house as a castle.

A lot of people didn't bother even coming up the stairs,

Because there were like 35 stairs to get to the door.

But if someone were to come knock on the door,

I would literally go hiding.

That's how shy I am.

So when I experienced this God consciousness,

I'm like,

Okay,

Should I stay or should I go?

Okay,

You experience God consciousness,

You just want to stay there.

It's such an amazing feeling of bliss and perfection.

But like many people talk about in near-death experiences,

Something in you,

Kind of your soul,

I think it is,

Urges you and sees that maybe you could come back and do something here with that.

So I had to number one,

Figure out what I was going to do with that being so shy.

So one of the things I did is I thought,

Hmm,

When it evolved,

I thought,

Okay,

Dr.

Masters asked me to teach some classes,

Which I found rather interesting being so shy.

But once you get into that,

Okay,

Let God flow through me.

Let God be here now.

I was able to teach some classes on metaphysics.

Lynn Williams and some others are still alive that were in those classes a long,

Long time ago.

I was about 18 years old when I was teaching them,

19.

And then from there,

I got into radio because I thought how perfect.

I don't have to be in person and I can just talk and I can share stuff that I've experienced.

And that followed a lot in my life.

And then I started realizing,

Wouldn't it be wonderful if maybe I could do a book about some of these things?

And then I wrote a book,

Put a little light in your life.

And then the next book happened.

And my mother had always said,

Cindy,

You've got to get what you're doing because I write every day after I'm done.

You got to put it out there.

So I started putting it out there.

After my mother passed,

I'm sure she was pushing me to do that.

And then I started doing my spoken word CDs and my music.

And it is amazing.

Every time I meditate,

I'm getting,

OK,

Do this.

And then now with about thousands and thousands of thousands of stuff out there,

I'm going,

How do I use this stuff I've gotten?

So I find ways to put it to work in my life when it comes up.

And I'm still doing my radio and I'm still doing my spoken word and I'm still doing music.

And lately this year,

All of a sudden,

Art has popped up and I'm doing all this art because I'm going,

I want to do the mystical visions that I see and see if I can get the mystical visions out.

Now,

I'm not the only person to do this,

Of course.

I love Hildegard Bingham,

An amazing mystic.

I hope everyone's had a chance to find out about her.

There's been about three movies and three or four books on her.

And I have to tell you,

When I read it,

I was like,

This woman definitely experienced enlightenment.

She had her whole life was doing these things.

You know,

She was doing art.

She was writing books.

She was healing people.

And this was,

You know,

Centuries ago.

She started her own nunnery and she went to the Pope.

When a guy in charge of her church told her she couldn't put her book out and she got the clearance from the Pope.

So,

You know,

There are people out there that are doing this,

Right?

And I'm just one of the many on the path that is doing as much as I can do before it's time for me to leave.

Long answer to a short question.

That was great.

It sounds like meditation has been key.

It sounds like,

However,

Though,

Dr.

Paul Leon Masters,

Who was the founder of International Metaphysical Ministry and has been bringing these teachings out to the world for what now?

Over 50 plus years.

Thank you.

Yeah.

And that you and I are enrolled in that university ongoing thing where you've already completed your PhD,

But I'm in that.

And many others in our Living in Hearts and Gratitude group are in that process of either having completed it or in the process like I am.

But so he was a major influence to you at a very young age at 13.

Wow.

And I believe and I want your input on this.

I believe that spiritual study is so important,

Even if it's reading books.

I love books,

Too.

I have a library full of them and love every one of them or reading about the different mystics or whatnot that or hearing other people's epiphany stories,

Even if we haven't experienced them.

It's that it opens it in our minds and in our consciousness,

The ability to have those experiences ourselves because it brings to our knowledge something to build on.

It plants those seeds.

And I really want your feedback on that.

Oh,

Those seeds,

Those seeds.

Those seeds are so powerful.

Those seeds are star seeds in a way.

I guess I could only compare them to star seeds.

We are star seeds.

I think all of us are connected.

I know we are in atoms.

We're stars.

There's a DNA that connects us to everything.

And in that connection,

We are planted here on Earth for a limited time.

Some people say a blink of the eye.

I mean,

It's quick in relationship to infinity.

It's very quick.

But yes,

A couple of things.

You talked first about meditation.

Meditation is number one,

The key.

I sit every day and have every day of my life since 13 in meditating.

Those seeds that are planted deep in your DNA and in your soul,

Those seeds are continually growing.

Now,

They grow with light.

They grow with love.

They grow when you share them and you express them.

And that's another reason I continually am doing this.

I found that when I'm given something and it changes.

I mean,

With Mother Mary,

I had that experience of a visitation with Mother Mary and that changed my life also.

And then I wrote a book on that and I honored it and did a CD on it.

And I still every day recognize her and communicate with her.

But that's one era.

So another era came in and I'd write another book.

Sometimes it's even different vibrations and light.

Now,

What kind of seeds are those that allow you to experience all these higher energies and these higher beings?

The fascinating thing is they are all one.

Okay,

The energy of Mary,

The energy of Christ,

The energy of Dr.

Masters,

Your energy,

All the many energy of all the great teachers are there.

Many of them have left.

They're more than willing to give us anything.

They can give us that we are willing to share,

But that's kind of an important key.

Are you willing to share it?

Are you willing to believe it?

Do you have the confidence to do that?

Because if you don't,

It'll kind of shut down.

I mean,

If you have the flow of energy pouring through you and that energy is flowing,

It continues to flow.

If something happens and you just say no,

That literally will shut off the flow.

So that involves believing.

When you're believing,

You're feeding those seeds,

Listening so that you can receive it.

Hearing it,

Right?

You've got to hear what's coming to you correctly and share it correctly.

All of those seeds have to get fed in certain ways and that's being attuned to the energy of the one that also knows as you're feeding those seeds,

Those seeds will blossom and grow if you're doing it for the good.

Okay,

I have to put that in there.

There's no need for the universe and the positive energy they are to feed the seeds that are going to do harm.

How do you know?

Well,

You kind of know by watching the seeds grow.

What kind of fruit are you getting from those seeds,

You know?

So it's a never-ending process because you plant the seeds,

You watch it grow,

You see what happens and then another seed may come and start to grow.

And in that garden that is so beautiful,

You will see what is beautiful,

What works,

What you're attuned to,

What you're fed to give more to.

So these are pretty powerful seeds,

You know?

They're star seeds.

And I think they go on and I know they go on actually after you leave.

I mean,

All you have to do is read some of the books,

People like Hildegard and others.

But also,

You know,

I decided to honor the legacy of Dr.

Masters,

Who was my stepfather for a short while because he married my mother when I was,

I don't know,

19.

So I'm honoring him by keeping that his teachings going through a station I started in Sedona with his help,

KUOS.

So now there are people hearing on the weekend his lectures and his meditations and also some of my music and other people's music and things that are inspirational.

Now,

We know about seeds.

It's been so much studied.

I mean,

Obviously,

About how we're all connected.

This is seen in nature.

This is seen,

They found out that mushrooms have a intertwining fungus that goes throughout the entire planet.

So of course,

We would have seeds that connect and grow in many ways as well,

You know?

And that interconnection is so beautiful.

So one of us is feeling that blossom really growing.

I mean,

It's also connected to what you're doing,

What other people are doing.

It's connected to what the world is doing.

It also is connected to what's going on to those people who originally planted those seeds many years ago.

And I would love to believe that Mary and Christ and Hildegard of Bingen and all the other mystics are happy when these continue to seeds they planted continue to grow,

You know,

Through us.

So that feeds those seeds as well,

Because there's a oneness that goes right back to Dr.

Masters,

Where he is still being heard on the radio.

And I think some part of him knows too many similar things happen for me to question it.

You know,

I put a talk I did on mystical oneness on the radio this morning.

And of course,

Then I had one of his meditations on about oneness.

And then the other talk was about oneness.

And so,

Yeah,

I mean,

I didn't really plan that,

But part of me knew.

So yeah,

That's how those seeds grow.

They get directed by the great conductor.

The great conductor,

You know,

God is conducting this amazing universe,

The symphony of sounds which we're tuned into,

Which help us connect and which help us grow through the light and love that are being bent to us.

Connected by the directed by the great conductor.

I love that.

I love that.

I used to.

I used to.

Well,

I still do sort of call the spirit the Stephen Spielberg,

The greatest director of all time,

Because the Holy Spirit is the greatest director of all time.

Oh,

I love you know,

Your poetry is so channeled.

I mean,

You can just feel it.

I'm wondering if you could possibly if you have something now available for the attuning your mind to God mind,

That would be a correlation of that,

Or if not,

Well,

As you know,

I write every day.

And so I'm going to just I think that all connects to God mind.

So I will read what came to me this morning and a couple of the ones because I think these are all coming from God's mind.

I know.

I know they are.

So this is this is my morning one that I got this morning.

May your heart be open to what all of the love that is present is in the blossoming of the heart of hearts healing that allows you to begin again.

May you find the unifying energy that allows you to forgive all of what has hurt you so you can begin again.

May you reach your arms up to the heavens and see the light of the one and hear the tone of all resonate in your soul.

May you be blessed with the courage to believe in what you are,

A child of the universe and the stars.

May you always hold that wonder of the miracle of life and the light of God as it shines through you.

Oh,

So bright.

And the one that is similar to this that I just got the other day,

I'd like to share also because it is this one humbled by the glory at the throne of light,

Remembering the heritage carried from the source divine.

Holy.

Oh,

So holy are the blessings from the one who bring us life eternal and lead us ever on.

We are his children.

We are the sheep that often lose our way and need his light to see.

Holy.

Oh,

So holy is our great awakening when we hear the master calling and listen to his sacred symphony.

It's up to us to recognize the truth of truth that sets us free and opens the gateway to heaven to worship at his feet.

Holy.

Oh,

So holy are the blessings from the one who brings us life eternal and leads us ever on.

And that wasn't even the one that I thought.

This is the one I was thinking I was going to read.

There's so many,

I mean,

Literally thousands on my phone here.

I see in prisons of light.

The projections of blessings dancing from the angels nesting place on high.

I feel the celebration of life.

Heard in the echoes of the wings of the dove sent to me from the messenger of love.

Oh,

You cosmic dancer.

Oh,

You mystic muse.

Lift me up to see the vision you infuse the fire from the source,

The flame from the one that burns away the Maya to believe in that inner love and the rays of the sun adorn the one from the throne of heaven from whence he comes.

I have so many of these,

My friend.

I mean,

I have books and books on that.

I have angel blessings out.

I have which is like this,

This thing with my poems.

I have prayers,

Affirmations and meditations.

I spiritual this one's spiritual tools for a better life.

This one also see inner peace manual.

But what I'm doing now is I'm actually since I'm to spoke word,

I have found a way and I'd like to share it with some of your friends and people because I think it's really amazing.

You can take anything you've done and that means you,

My friend.

You can take any of these audio and you can turn them into a spoken word book more easily than ever.

Yes.

I really know how important each and every one on the spiritual path is.

And as I get older and older and I don't know how much longer I'll be here,

More need than ever to get out there and do this in the world and help every single person of light who understands the purpose needs to get out there and do their part.

You can do any part of it.

And even a little bit makes a difference.

I mean,
