The Heart Of Humanity

This track contains a simple talk, prayer, and meditation about the need of the world to join together right now especially in these times. There is a great calling of those who care to pray and meditate on the world situation and healing for all of humanity.

Aloha,

I'm Reverend Cindy Palos and I thought today we'd talk about humanity.

This has been a testing time for humanity.

Of course we're all here on earth to learn and the heat is on,

The pressure's on,

The time is upon us for all to learn our lessons and grow.

And when we have these challenging times,

Unlike anything I've ever seen before in my life,

We're forced to look within and to ask questions and to learn and to pray and to grow.

But our country's experienced a lot of growing pains.

I mean there's no doubt about it.

Everyone is really kind of in shock because we have been doing a lot of work and I know through meditation many people have been growing and we thought we were buzzing along pretty good.

Things were growing,

More people were meditating,

More people were doing these things and yet this is a time when any part that isn't clear,

Any part of the shadow that needs to be cleared will come out and in this case come out shouting to be heard,

You know,

To the point where we can't ignore it.

I'd been working on a CD,

We're all in this together,

And I wrote this poem for it and this was two months ago,

Maybe a little more,

And it was called Humanity.

Humanity,

My heart and soul goes out to you.

My prayers flow as I close my eyes.

This is the time we must retreat and go inside to further help and find a way to grow and show our love for others in our lives.

Humanity,

This is the time.

This is the time we need together.

Life goes on regardless but love is still needed to survive.

We must overcome our fear,

Our anger and the hatred to find that good that is here in life.

For even through these hard times and even through the stress and the pain,

There are still so many acts of kindness that my faith in humanity still remains and we call upon that inner goodness and we call upon the light and we call upon God to be there with us together to get past these very,

Very challenging times.

So we must really think of this whole world as one energy field and we can't separate ourselves.

We're all here,

We all wish to work together to bring the world more peace and harmony but that has to be real.

It has to be experienced by all and obviously praying.

I know works.

I know meditation works but with that obviously we're taking a lot of time for conversations and we're working on learning and growing for the chance for better days to emerge for the entire world,

For all of humanity.

And so I really hold in my soul this hope and prayer for those searching for answers that are yet unknown.

The power we can find together to find the courage to carry on and we can focus on the goodness and the kindness shown and we can stay strong and we can send our prayers out to the human race and we can reach our arms up to the sky and we can have a very caring heart.

So together we all can do our part to make our commitment to serve that good that's so needed right now in our lives.

I'm gonna do some affirmations on goodness and goodwill and also a prayer and a meditation on that now.

And let's take a clearing breath and join together in an energy field knowing that together we are here in the one world energy of the human family with all of humanity.

So we say these affirmations.

I breathe in the breath of spirit the essence of the presence that I am.

I find a way to live life with good wills energy today.

I let it fill my mind and my heart and my emotions and I trust that with goodwill I can find compassion and I can let that good be my teacher.

I can let these lessons help me to grow.

Goodwill is my creed.

I feel it and I find a way to live with more loving-kindness.

I know God is within me and within all of us and I am a thought being experienced in God's mind and I hold that goodness of God within me and I see it in all.

I am so grateful that God is good and I hold that goodness in me and I see it in others and so it is.

And here's a prayer for goodwill.

Lord show me what you would have me do to prepare the world for what is your need and truth so that I can open that door that brings more of that love and God's light forth.

May I see what I need to see.

May what I need to have be revealed be revealed.

May I have that vision of a higher reality merged here within this earth and all the realms and all of what we live through so we can live here together with that presence and be a vessel to share that love and blessings that we receive.

Lord show me what you would have me do to help me to have the courage and motivate me so I can renew the purpose for which I came and serve the world in Jesus name.

May my intention be so very very clear that I can live in the strength and understand that I will grow and evolve and share that vision that in others now appears.

Lord I choose to truly believe that goodwill can be our whole world creed and I find a way to live with more loving kindness and I find a way to grow and understand and together we see this loving kindness and compassion spreading across the entire land.

Now let's do a meditation on goodwill.

Get comfortable take a few moments to go further within and breathe in and hold your breath for a couple of seconds.

Feel that energy of goodness and connect with that I am that I am there within your heart and soul.

Breathe that goodness in and as you breathe out let it fill your mind and bring your mind peace.

Breathing in that light of goodness holding it and letting yourself be bathed in that perfect energy and vibration of goodwill of understanding.

Breathe in that love and go deep deep deep and deeper still into your heart of hearts and in that sacred part of your heart within allow yourself to go into that place where you can release any anxiety and breathe it out.

Breathing in peace and releasing any strife.

Breathing in love and releasing any fear.

Breathing in forgiveness and finding that peace of all peace that passeth all understanding.

And in that place that sacred space where you can go and let go of the ego and allow yourself the power to believe that there is a greater purpose that we are one with and see that purpose and see that love going out to all of your relations.

Those in your family,

Those you work with,

Those in your community.

Send them loving kindness and peace and going deeper within and sending that loving kindness to the whole of the nation and seeing the world ready now to be in that place of love,

Of unity,

Of healing.

See the healing light of love spread across the entire country and now see it spreading around the entire world and all of those who are light workers and all of those who wish to serve the highest good are energized and reborn into that energy in that place where there is the true strength expressed.

That is our true life role and see that energy spreading around and the dark clouds dissipating and see that light of all lights coming and realize that there is a common spirit living within each and every soul.

Connect with that spirit.

Connect with all souls.

Realize that spirit within you is in each grain of sand.

Every drop of water,

The wind,

The trees,

The fire of the eternal song that celebrates the sound of life resonates with that spirit.

It's there and sings to your soul.

Feel that energy renewing you.

Let it give you hope.

Let it heal you.

Allow it to inspire you and feel the one light of spirit alive in each and every mind,

In each and every heart,

In all of humanity.

Feel that love growing and believe that as each life fulfills its true purpose and destiny,

We are all growing and given hope.

We are all drawn a step closer on the path to the common goal for the goodwill of all of humanity.

For as you find that good in yourself,

You do see good in God in others.

And as you see God in others,

Then you understand the love that brings everyone together as one.

It is the highest dream of creation.

It is part of God's plan and it is a higher reality we must bring to this earth so that the one light of peace is found here.

And that is the greatest love which God's will brings to us as the goodwill in all of humankind.

Breathe that in and be in that energy.

Feel that good at work.

Know that light and know what it takes to be human is not an easy thing.

That we must see through that light of illusion and the darkness and persevere to find what we need.

Know that what you need is right there inside you right now.

And as we slowly come out of meditation,

Be grateful.

Be grateful for all that you have.

Be grateful for all that you've learned.

Be grateful to God for finding that spirit of love inside you.

And we say thank you God and so it is.

May God bless you and keep you with kindness and goodwill in your heart.

Your purpose clear and known and the strength to carry on and share your purpose with those you know and love.
