Here's a way to communicate with God through Prayers, Affirmations and Meditations. This talk will bring you to a place where you do not have to think or be concerned about how to talk to God. Just listen and allow the energy to lift you to receive that blessing.

I have the opportunity to open the door to a higher way of expression.

A meeting place to be a way to connect with God.

I make the time each day to engage in that meaningful relationship and conversation with God.

I carry that conversation with God into my ability to communicate with others.

I mirror back my highest self to others and see the God in them.

Thank you God for this gift of communication.

And so it is.

Prayer for communicating with God and others.

Lord,

We are all created from your light and love.

I pray that I can see past your light I pray that I can see past all differences in others and to see our similarities.

May I see your spirit that lives in the heart of all people.

May that spirit bring us together in unity to communicate heart to heart with others.

May the gift of communication bring us all closer together.

I thank you Lord for the blessings of being able to communicate heart to heart,

Soul to soul.

Meditation on communicating with God to others.

Take some very deep clearing breaths,

Breathing in and breathing out,

Breathing in light and breathing out spirit throughout your body.

Breathing in light,

Calling upon that light to be present in your mind,

In your throat,

In your voice,

In your heart,

In your soul,

Going to that place where the soul is into the peace within.

And breathe in now that divine presence of Holy Spirit.

Know that that presence is here right now with God's word able to bring that spirit into matter.

Listen to the silence and be still now.

Wait for the gift of God's words to come to you.

Sit in the silence and feel the impressions there.

Breathing in,

Awareness,

Breathing out,

The gift of communication.

Be aware of the line of communication that holds a special thread,

A pure golden energy,

A vibration,

A frequency.

It's a frequency that's alive between you and God.

Follow that thread of energy,

Be that thread of light.

Feel the power of this energy flowing through you,

Communicating,

Communicating the love and the light that God is.

And be in that presence,

That thread of pure golden energy.

Let it fill you,

Let it completely merge with you.

Become one with that energy and then reflect on this oneness of all and how we all communicate with spirit or God.

How there are no words that are separate in the universal language of energy.

You are the instrument of God's great truth.

Feel this truth in you.

You hold the living word of God in your heart and soul.

Receive that energy.

Feel that energy expressing through you.

You are part of the creator's love and light.

Take a minute here to embrace that love and light,

To breathe it in,

To absorb it,

To be it,

To become it,

To feel it.

And as you stay in this moment,

Know that all is well.

And slowly come out of meditation and be aware of how you feel.

And thank the creator for this blessing,

This thread,

This communication between you and spirit.

And so it is.

Being a messenger of God.

Lord,

I am here to pray as you pray.

I choose to communicate your energy and channel your light each day.

I will awaken with my soul's purpose come what may.

I allow myself to be aware and alive with your energy every day,

Lord.

For being with me and for allowing me to be a channel of your love and light.

Lord,

What words would you have me say if I were your scribe today?

What can I possibly convey about your love as a saving way?

And if I could pray as you pray,

Lord,

How would you communicate your energy and channel your light each day,

Awakening us with the purpose come what may?

Lord,

Tell me what you would have me say.

Give me the clear messages and let me affirm that I am able to share what is a reflection of the great I am that I am so I can speak to you as my master and my confidant.

For,

Lord,

You are my beloved,

That I wish to serve with love.

And I offer up these daily words and my time on earth here to be a messenger of the teachings that you so dearly bring to me.

Thank you,

Lord,

For this sacred time and this space and for the loving gift of your holy embrace and for all the miracles of life you bring and the grace of these divine blessings.

Meditation on being a messenger of God.

Go into the silence by breathing in and breathing out,

Journeying into that meditative space in your heart of hearts,

Going deeper and deeper into that light within until you arrive at that place of your soul,

That place where you can connect with God.

Breathe in and hold your breath for a moment and then release your breath out,

Breathing in the thread of communication of your higher self to your soul,

Holding it and breathing out,

Connecting now with your soul to God,

Breathing into that light body in your soul,

Breathing out,

Filling that soul with the energy of God's light and love.

Let all of your thoughts just go,

See them drifting away.

Let it go.

Relax and know that you can allow your body to be filled with this Holy Spirit.

Breathe in that spirit.

Let that light come into you from spirit.

See that light from spirit coming down to your crown chakra bringing it this beautiful golden light.

See that light spiraling around your head,

Clearing all energy and coming into your throat and that blue aquamarine energies,

Vibrant and alive,

Allowing your creative self to be alive as well.

And that energy comes on down into your heart of hearts and there the green is sparked into the emerald green of life.

And pink enters into the core of that green.

And you breathe in and allow that energy to go and spin through your solar plexus with golden light and down into your base chakra with ruby red healing light.

Let that light from spirit come and surround you.

Let the energy of the pure word of God come into your being.

Let your mind be clear so you can receive what is supposed to come to you to come to you.

Ask for any messages needed to come and to be understood right now.

Breathe in that place where the messages can be received.

Allow those messages to come and reflect on the blessings you've been given.

Translate whatever energy you feel to take form.

And in this moment,

Realize you are being transformed by God's light and love.

Let that light come into your heart of hearts and love and God's teachings for you.

Let it fill your mind and soul.

Let yourself receive renewal in any lessons that you need to be able to be carried forth.

Realize that you are a miracle of God and be grateful for that energy in your heart and your mind and soul for this blessing of the word of God.

Breathe it in,

Accept it,

Remember this energy and now slowly come out of meditation.

Remembering that awareness of any messages you've received.

And take a moment to write down what has come to you.

And allow that energy to flow as you write.

To speak to you as you bring it forth right now.

Thank you God for your words and messages.

And so it is.

Connecting to Christ consciousness.

Affirmation to connect to Christ consciousness.

I merge with Christ consciousness today.

I remove any fear or any feelings of unworthiness.

I embrace unconditional love.

The I am that I am is resurrected when I embrace the Christ within my life.

I embrace the power of transformation.

I am a mirror of God's truth.

Thank you God and so it is.

Prayer for connecting with Christ consciousness.

Lord I turn to you with my mind,

With my body,

With my soul.

I merge with you and embrace the power of your light that transforms me so I may become a mirror of your truth.

Lord I ask to learn from you how to release the ego and lay down the cross of separation.

Define the universal light of the cosmic soul.

A light that purifies all life with the holy waters from the fountain in the garden of heaven's sacred source.

To baptize us from the chalice poured down from that holy well here to earth.

I open my mind to the infinite universe and accept the mantle offered to me.

The robe of God's protection.

To honor the sacrifice the master made,

To show us how to find the truth of truths and how to be born anew.

I thank you Jesus Christ for this gift of your blessed light.

I rededicate my purpose on this bright new morning.

To celebrate the joy of the risen sun.

I thank you Lord for allowing me to merge in your consciousness today.

To embrace unconditional love's way.

To find the I am that I am resurrected in the light of the Christ mind consciousness found in God's divine embrace.

I thank you for this embrace Lord.

A meditation on connecting to Christ consciousness.

Take in some deep breaths of light.

Call in the light and let the light completely clear and purify you as it swirls and circles and spirals down around you.

And allow yourself to be cleansed and purified in light.

Breathe this in,

Going into a state of meditation,

Relax and be comfortable.

Continuing to breathe in that light and let all thoughts go.

Let all distractions go.

And go into a deep state of peace and meditation.

Join in your heart and mind with all the light that is here and all those on earth who are in the light right now.

Send them your light with a network of light.

Focusing on bringing forth the highest light.

And from that point of light within the mind of God,

Let that light enlighten you with pure unconditional love.

Bring that light into your being right now and let it be with you and surround you and extend outward in a cross.

Let it be a transforming cross from your light body,

Renewing your body,

Mind and spirit.

Be alive in a cross of light.

Envision that light igniting a fire in your heart of hearts and allowing you to be lifted to the one love of all life.

Call upon that love that Christ is.

Allow that Christ light to merge with your soul and God.

Allow this love to be present in creation and in you at the same time,

Coming from the highest source and sending that light down your cross and across the cross lifted to this infinite light of love beyond the physical into a higher dimension,

Into your light body,

Into your light of lights within,

The brightest light there.

And that light leads you to the world that is eternal.

Feel that world without in the inner light of the Christ present here now.

That brightest light and allow this light of the universe to ignite the holy presence there within you.

And just be in that presence and let go and release all thoughts and feel that presence of Christ alive in you and light right now.

Connect with that unlimited eternal energy present in your consciousness.

It is omnipotent with the spirit that lives in everything.

Be aware of the power of this unlimited energy in you with every breath you take.

You are the living light and breath of God's spirit here on earth.

Be in that light.

You are the living light and breath of the love of God here on earth.

Be in that love.

God's great unconditional love is here with you right now.

Breathe in the breath of that spirit and feel the bliss of Christ uniting you as one with that light and love.

Absorb that power that gives you eternal life right now.

Believe that Christ is alive in you and through you.

That Christ is the love of God that will guide you and direct you.

Be baptized in this love and light right now and breathe that in.

Allow it to purify you and align you with God.

Feel it,

Be present with it,

Merge with it and become it.

And we'll hear for a moment before you come out of your meditation.

And as you come out slowly,

Thank the Christ energy and thank God for this wonderful transforming light and love.

Connecting to God.

An affirmation to connect with God.

I meditate each day to be in the presence of the Lord.

I sit in the silence.

I trust in the process that connects me with God.

I realize that God is always connected to me and I am connected to God whenever I focus on our connection.

I am an agent of God and God works through me.

I am aware that I have the power of God within me to become all that I can be and to fulfill my true destiny.

I thank you God and so it is.

Prayer to connect with God.

Here I am Lord,

At my altar place,

In the silence with you,

To be in your presence face to face.

I bathe in the light of your grace.

I breathe in your spirit that sparks my soul within.

And I do whatever it takes to be born again.

I realize that you are with me Lord,

Whenever I am aware of our connection.

And with this power,

In this moment,

I am aware that it's possible to become all that I can be with you there.

I know it's easy to get lost Lord and sometimes the ego can trick us and it takes great purpose and practice to be a student of your truth.

And so I light a candle in the darkness and I pray for that divine light that you are to help shine upon me and guide the way.

Meditation on connecting with God.

Let's go into a state of meditation,

Breathing in light and letting that light fill our mind and our body and our soul.

Breathing in love and allowing that love to heal and bring us closer and closer to who we are.

Continuing to breathe in and breathe out until you can feel your connection to that divine presence within.

Connect with that presence right now.

Ask that presence to be with you.

And let that presence be with you.

Ask that presence to be with you.

Breathe in that connection to your truest self that is always there within.

And allow that presence to connect you with God.

Ask God to be with you right now.

Feel the energy of God in that presence.

Trust,

Trust in your soul to align you and to be attuned with the true source of God within.

Go to that place of pure power,

Pure innocence and make a divine connection with that source there.

And ask for God to come into your presence and your awareness.

Let go of anything other than that inner connection and listen to your heart.

Let it take you to the depths of that secret place of the love of God within.

Be aligned with that love that is in your heart that is your true answer.

This unconditional love is the key to opening the door to the pure source of all energy.

Be centered in that love and in tune with the rhythm of love,

The heartbeat of love,

That energy that is alive in the universe,

In the cosmic mysteries that always unfold.

That connection is there right now within you.

Each and every breath holds that energy within you.

And every breath holds that energy right there in your being.

This is the gift of connecting with God.

So connect with God right now.

Do not doubt it.

Just be with that connection of God within you right now.

Breathe it in,

Dwell there.

Allow yourself to connect with God there.

Ask for God's presence to be with you always.

And now slowly coming out of meditation and realize that you are connected to God.

And give thanks for that and so it is.

Affirmation to hear the cosmic prayer.

I am a particle of God's spirit that reflects the mirror that time and light create.

I am an atom that's a miracle that speaks a cosmic prayer that's unspoken,

A vision of creation's mystic face.

I thank you God for your prayer.

And so it is.

Prayer to hear the cosmic prayer.

Prayer to hear the cosmic prayer.

Lord,

I know I am a particle of your spirit.

The reflection of the mirror that time and light create.

An atom that's a miracle that speaks a cosmic prayer that's unspoken,

A vision of creation's mystic face.

In the merging of myself with you God and being human here in form.

I always have the choice of what role I want to be.

What piece of this puzzle can achieve my secret dreams?

And I smile and try to observe what part I have that can serve that master's higher plan and that path I travel on to understand.

And when I stop and pray and talk to God each day,

I can receive life's little clues that guide me on what I want to be.

And receive life's little clues that guide me on what to do.

So Lord,

I take the time to hear that prayer that is my anthem here.

And I hum and sing along to that truth of truth that lives in your heart song.

A meditation on the cosmic prayer.

Breathe in the light and allow yourself to be filled with that light.

Breathing in the light,

Letting it be completely there within every cell of your being.

Breathing in the love and allowing it to fill your heart.

Allow the mind to be still and feel the sweet stillness that releases your heart.

That releases you to the soul.

To experience the gift of the blessings that God brings.

Right now you are alive in an energy current that recognizes the infinite light that carries God's will.

You are that energy.

Allow your heart to open to the heart of the master which forgives and accepts as it purifies the love that can heal you and free you to be a chalice of the Holy Spirit,

The Holy Dove.

Feel that Holy Spirit come to you.

Allow yourself right now to become the way,

The truth,

And the light of all life.

While knowing all of life has the way,

All of truth as holding the very core of the universe and the very source of spirit that exists in your soul.

And in every living thing it's a reflection of this world you have created here to be.

Let your eyes see the infinite beauty of light that exists in each atom of creation.

Be that atom,

Be that beauty.

Know that you are that creation in life.

Know right now the touch of the bliss that explodes within the love that has brought you here to this precious earth that is born of all the elements that can hold the glory of heaven and God.

Surrender,

Surrender to all of this and know that you are the dreamer of the dream aligned with God.

And although you have been a lost pilgrim,

You are redeemed.

You are an enlightened soul lit with God's fire,

Baptized with God's bliss,

Gazing at the endless depths of the God within and seeing the universe that dances with a cosmic collision of your destiny where you bow and meet God and the gift of spirit releases you to be with God as a celebration of your love and light and the divine union of God.

Hear in form,

Human,

And we thank God for the gift of this cosmic energy in life.

And slowly come out of meditation realizing the power of that light of God within you.

And so it is.

Communion with Jesus.

Affirmation for communion with Jesus.

I can talk to Jesus and know Jesus can talk to me.

I listen to the Master's words and accept His guidance.

I accept Jesus Christ into my heart and into my life.

I am so grateful to Jesus for continuously guiding me.

I thank Jesus for healing me and protecting me.

I thank Jesus for being with me and accepting me.

I thank God and Jesus for being in my life.

And so it is.

Prayer for communion with Jesus.

And I heard Jesus say to me,

Do not doubt that I am with you.

I am here in the moments of silence.

I am here in the quiet reflections.

I speak to you in many ways in the times when you ask for help.

I speak to you in many ways in the times when you ask and pray.

I have the answers.

And every moment when you are afraid and when you are overwhelmed and you do not know what steps to take,

I am here beside you,

Even if you see me not.

I am with you always.

And when you call upon me,

Stop and take a moment to feel my presence with you,

To listen to my words of truth,

To feel my love surround you.

For I am with you always,

Even unto the end of time.

Thank you,

Lord,

For being with me.

Meditation on Communion with Jesus.

Go into that deepest place within by breathing in that light,

That pure light of God.

Let it clear your mind and your body,

Breathing it in and going into your heart and feeling that love and that sacred space within right now,

Asking for that presence of Jesus to be here in the center of your heart.

Ask for that presence to allow you to find that peace within.

Be in that place of peace that passeth all understanding.

Dwell in that peace.

Allow that peace to fill your surroundings.

Be aware in this peace that there's always an alternative to hate and fear.

And that's that love that Christ brings.

Know that if you turn your life over to Christ and God's will,

Everything will be for the greatest good.

Allow yourself to believe that and turn yourself over to God.

And let that peace be with you.

And turn yourself over to God.

And let that peace that passes all understanding begin now within you.

Turn inward to Christ's presence and turn over what you're dealing with to God.

Know that calm that comes.

Allow your soul to fill the light of the Christ.

Allow yourself to feel the inner strength and the truth to do what you need to do to be aligned with God and God's peace.

Allow your soul to be aligned with that presence and give you the strength you need.

Feel that Christ presence here with you in that light right now.

Jesus said,

Come unto me.

Jesus said,

Come unto me all who are burdened and I will give you rest.

Feel that rest.

Talk to God.

Talk to Jesus and turn your worries and cares over to their divine presence.

Release all of your concerns and let your will be filled with divine will.

And find that peace.

That passes all understanding.

It is here with you right now.

God.

And so it is.

Experience God.

Affirmation to experience God.

With every breath I experience God.

I realize that God is alive in every part of my being and every atom and every part of creation.

I have God within me.

And I experience God as unconditional love.

Our prayer to experience God.

Lord,

I wish to experience your presence.

In this precious time I've been given here on earth,

I feel you in the experience of your gifts that you allow me to understand all of the mysteries of the universe and you hold that key and give it to me.

Lord,

The door is here to unlock Christ's love.

And I know my earthly senses are limited and I know Christ's love holds the universal vibration that allows me to experience God in an infinite dimension of light.

Your universe is so beyond the conscious mind that only God's consciousness could comprehend its meaning.

So please come to me and open my heart to that love so I may experience God through that love.

Come and open my mind to the world Come and open my mind to a universe that is vast beyond words and eternally radiating the force of God's energy.

Let me experience the absolute,

The perfect birth of the Infinite at work and bring this experience with a humble heart to your life,

To your breath,

To your being,

To your dedication and devotion.

Help me to understand how far I have come to this birth of a new dimension of being that can be brought to life through the experience of your love and light,

God.

And if I understand,

I may see how I am a part of the evolution of the way.

And if you allow me to open the door to this love you have given and to that light I am,

I know then that I can experience you,

Lord,

For you are that light and love always.

Meditation to experience God.

Breathe in the light of God.

Breathe in that breath of God.

Breathing it in and releasing that breath to fill all of you,

To heal all of you,

To rebirth all of you.

Going into that place where all is well.

Breathing it in.

Breathing it in.

Going deeper and deeper and experience that energy within your soul.

Experience God alive in you.

And with every breath you take,

Know that there is that breath of God and the miracle of creation.

So breathe in that miracle of creation.

Let it fill you.

Each experience you create is a reflection of that mirror of the magic that occurs in life,

The gift of being here in this time and space.

Breathe in that wonderful miracle of being here right now in this moment in time and space.

Be present.

Choose to be inspired.

Choose to be fully alive and to appreciate the blessings that God and Spirit provide.

Be here now.

Give thanks to Mother Father God and to Mother Mary and the Son.

Let that precious love fill you with every breath.

And know as you come out of meditation now that you can see that love and light in everyone.
