Accept all of life.

Affirmations to accept all of life.

I accept all of life.

I accept all the love that is offered,

And I accept all those challenges that I face.

I laugh at the lessons of life stories,

And I learn to accept these life stories with the amazing grace of the gifts we get when we accept our time and space.

I open my heart to receive all the power I need to accept God's will to work through me.

God's will is working through me right here and now.

Thank you,

God,

For the gift of acceptance,

And so it is.

Prayer to accept all of life.

Lord,

Be with me,

And teach me how to accept it all.

To sit and be still and breathe it in and love all of the vanities that bring the fall,

All of the seeking in what's been found,

All the memories of heaven's ecstasy,

And hopes to one day find the communion of some common ground.

Help me accept the love that is offered and the vague mists of time's fine lines.

To accept the laughter and the stories and the way I love and what I find.

All of this life and its vague reflections and all that it takes to be able to just accept myself and the chains of illusions,

Strange dreams.

Lord,

I accept the truth within and how it opens up my eyes,

What I wish to be revealed and all the beauty of life that I find.

I accept it all and laugh and know the presence is always there.

I don't hold back and hide from living with the love and light and my soul's true purpose in this life.

Meditation,

Accept all of life.

There are many ways to meditate.

In Zen meditation,

You learn very well how to accept yourself in life.

This meditation has more of a Zen tone to it.

Let's be comfortable and relax and make sure your spine's erect and watch your breath.

Breathing in,

Holding and just breathing out.

Breathing in deeply,

Being here,

Accepting this moment and breathing it out.

Going deeper and deeper in,

Breathing in and breathing slowly out.

Be aware of your very presence here right now.

Know that there is only this moment.

Let any thoughts,

Any worries,

Any concerns just be released.

Breathe in and release those thoughts.

Nothing needs to be added to this very now moment.

Accept all of yourself and allow anything that needs to come up to just come up and then be released.

Know that the core of you can accept all of what you are and all of who you are in this very moment.

Nothing has to change your experience.

Just allow yourself to be totally present.

Continue to allow whatever may come to come and then go,

Accepting it all,

Experiencing all of who you are.

Let this now moment be enough.

You are here and now.

Feel how accepting yourself feels good.

Believe that you are complete in this moment and whole.

And you can accept and be without trying to be anything but who you truly are.

Just being.

Feel yourself deeply relaxed,

Feel good,

And in a perfect state of peace.

Feel the ease of peace right now.

Allow that peace to fill your body and your mind and your soul.

Breathe that peace in and out.

Let it be.

Breathe in this state of just being.

No rights,

No wrongs,

Nothing but being.

Allow yourself to exist in no thing.

Accept yourself here in nothing.

And now breathe that in and allow yourself to slowly come out.

Subject-object merged as one.

Coming out of the meditation knowing you can accept all of who you are.

And now give an inner bow of gratitude.
