Dr. Paul Leon Masters Meditation On Illumination

Christ declared,

If then I be single,

Thy body shall be filled with light.

I turn away from the outer world that surrounds me,

To turn inward,

Inward into the inner world of my own mind,

My soul,

And the very spirit that is God within myself.

And so now I close off the doors of outer perception,

That the doors of inner perception may be open to me,

And that I may pass through those doors into higher realms of consciousness and awareness.

And so as to not have any outside interference,

I see myself as I am,

Where I am,

Dressed as I am,

Surrounded by an aura of pure white,

Radiant light,

That I am enclosed in this aura,

And that this aura is protective.

And as I feel this,

Let me feel that consciousness now is pure to explore.

At the same time,

Let me feel that all is becoming very peaceful,

Quiet,

And still throughout the entirety of my body,

And at all levels of my mind,

That every breath that I breathe into my body is a breath of peace.

And every breath that I exhale from my body releases from my body all that is not peace.

So that moment by moment,

Breath by breath,

I am increasingly emptied of all that is not peace,

And filled only with that which is peace.

Peace that surrounds me,

Peace that unfolds from within me.

And I am one with that peace,

Right here,

Right now.

And as I feel this,

Let me feel that the most peaceful part of my body,

On a spiritual level,

Is at the upper central torso of my body.

There,

Where my physical heart is,

Beyond it,

There is the heart of God,

Operating my physical heart.

Just as the light of God gives life and light to the stars,

So the heart of God gives life to my physical heart.

And so let me feel and sense the spiritual heart that is God within myself,

In the central upper torso of my body.

And let me realize that here is the source of illumination for my body,

For my mind,

And for the entirety of the universe,

For every star that shines in every galaxy,

The source of light is identical.

And that source is in me,

Represented in me,

Indeed is the life force of my body,

Here in the central upper torso of my body,

Right here,

Right now.

And as I acknowledge this,

Let me realize that this light that is in the upper torso of my body,

My spiritual heart center,

Is the source of illumination for the entirety of my body.

As if my body could be a hollow,

And feeling that hollow is the light from my spiritual heart center.

And so let me feel the existence of my left foot now,

And let me feel that light is traveling from the upper torso of my body down the length of my body into my left foot.

And there my left foot is being illuminated by light,

Light that is coming from the central spiritual heart in my upper torso,

Right now.

Now let me feel that from the spiritual light center inside of me,

That light is streaming down the length of my body through my right leg and down into my right foot,

That my right foot is being illuminated from the God light source in my spiritual heart center.

And now let me feel that that light is traveling into my left ankle,

And there it's illuminating my left ankle coming from the spiritual light center source in my heart.

And now let me feel that that light is traveling down into my right ankle,

And that it is coming from the spiritual center light source in my spiritual heart,

In my upper torso,

And that that light is going way down into that part of my body as it now comes down into my left calf.

Let me feel my left calf and feel that light from my upper torso heart center is streaming forth down the length of my body into my left calf.

And now let me feel my right calf and feel that the light source center in the spiritual heart within me is sending down light right now into my right calf.

And now let me feel that this process is taking place and sending light down into my left knee.

And let me feel the existence of my left knee through my mind and feel that it is being illuminated by light right there,

Right now.

And now let me feel that light is being sent down from the spiritual heart center in my upper torso into my right knee.

And again let me feel the existence of my right knee through my mind and feel that that part of my body is being illuminated by light coming from the spiritual heart center within me.

And now let me feel that that spiritual heart center is sending light into my left thigh.

And through my mind let me feel my left thigh and feel that it is becoming illuminated with spiritual light coming from my spiritual heart center.

And now let me feel the existence of my right thigh and feel that light is pulsating into that area of my body illuminating that part of my body,

My right thigh with light coming from my spiritual heart center.

And now let me feel the existence of the base of my spine.

And as I feel this let me feel the general area surrounding that part of my body.

And as I do let me feel the buttocks area of my body and feel that light is coming down into that part of my body from the spiritual light center heart source in me illuminating that part of my body.

And that that illumination now is in my lower back as my spiritual God heart center sends light into my lower back.

Illuminating that area of my body.

Illuminating all of the nerves and cells and tissues not on a physical level but on a spiritual level that influences the physical level.

At a spiritual level there is light.

And so let me feel that that light is also in my upper back throughout my shoulder blades and there I am being illuminated by the spiritual light heart center within me.

That the spiritual light heart center now is sending down a ray of light down the entire length of my left arm into my left hand.

That the entirety of my left arm down into my left hand is illuminated on a spiritual level with light.

And now let me feel that a beam of light is traveling down the length of my right arm into my right hand.

And there the entirety of my right arm into my right hand is illuminated with God's light right here right now.

And that now this light is traveling upward into my neck area into my throat.

And I feel the existence of this part of my body through my mind and feel that light illuminating light is there throughout my neck and throat area.

And now let me feel that that light is passing forth into my left ear and now into my right ear.

That there is an illuminating light both in my left and my right ear.

And now that that light is in my left eye and now in my right eye.

And that illuminating light is both in the left and the right eye.

Which become joined on a spiritual level as one single eye.

And let that light now that is that one single eye look upward into the interior of my scalp and feel that from my spiritual God light heart center light is coming forth through my neck through my head through my scalp and carrying me through the center of my head area out out into spiritual infinite space.

Free me of all lesser things that I am opening up into a universe of light.

A universe that exists on many different levels of consciousness and awareness just as my own mind exists on many different levels of consciousness and awareness.

So let my conscious mind be illuminated be illuminated with light light here light everywhere light from ages past light from ages present light from ages still to be here within me yet beyond me that I become consciously aware of this and that the subconscious the memory levels of my mind are filled with this light this light that purifies all karmic debris purifies the darkened areas of my mind purifies and sublimates all lesser memories with light.

And so let me feel that that light also exists on an ethereal level of my mind and existing there that is part of the life giving energies of the Sun and of nature's forces working through my body.

That I am part of the primal energy factors within nature that combine in such a way as to maintain health or to recreate it throughout my physical body expression.

And now let me feel that light is at an astral level of consciousness within me that can open me into other dimensions and that if I be open to other dimensions of awareness and existence I am there in a field of God light protected and aware.

And now let me feel that that light is part of the collective consciousness of society within all people everywhere that I am part of that spark that can illuminate every mind in the universe.

I am one with that light.

And as I feel this let me feel that my very soul which is God's presence individualized into my body is filled with light with God's presence right here right now.

And so let me feel that God's mind as pure God light from my heart center has filled the entirety of the interior of my body with pure illuminating God light and that I am self illuminating throughout my consciousness and my body because of my oneness with God here with him yet infinitely beyond.

And so let me feel that this light is radiating forth from my body surrounding me with God's light continuing spreading the light around the planet.

Let me visualize the planet as I have seen it in pictures and that the light that is within me coming forth from me is encircling the planet.

And I visualize and see the planet surrounded by the light of God emanating forth from me.

And now I visualize light passing into heavenly realms and becoming one with the light of God in such heavenly realms one with the light of higher beings one with the light of angelic presences one with God.

And I am part of that light and that light is part of me and I am part of a host of angelic presences that serve the light that is God.

And so I visualize now the light God source within me joining with the light source in the trees in vegetation in rocks in all that can rise the earth.

And so let me feel that consciousness and know that the consciousness of the spirit of the earth the vegetation of the earth the inanimate objects of the earth all are spiritual for all at their essence contain the illuminating light that is God God that has created all that is.

And so I feel a oneness with all that exists throughout nature.

And so I visualize the light God source purifying the earth itself and purifying all that exists upon it.

And I visualize the light God source as purifying all the souls on the earth and all the souls coming in to the earth plane and all the souls that have left the earth plane all souls remembering their divine source being blessed from within themselves with the light of God's presence that illuminates their mind.

And so now let me feel that all parts of my body and mind are under the influence of God's illuminating light presence.

The illuminating light of God's presence is within me yet infinitely beyond me.

For I am at the center of all things in light as the center of all things in life are part of my own beingness.

And there is the illuminating light of God everywhere.

There is only one true light within me and yet infinitely beyond me.

The illuminating light of God's presence unites me right now in a mystical oneness with the very essence of all that is.

In total unity there is total love and I am totally one with total love and I feel that total love throughout all parts of my body,

Throughout all levels of my mind.

For the illuminating light within me and beyond me at its essence is God,

Is God's love,

Is ultimate love individualized in and through me.

And therefore I declare that I am one with the illuminating light of God's love within me and infinitely beyond me.

I am in a world of light and love,

Love and light.

This is my oneness.

This is my God.

This is my creator to whom I am most grateful for this realization of this source of illumination within me and throughout the stars and heavens.

I give thanks.

I let it be so.

And so it is.
