Hello,

My name is CL Rose and welcome to this guided deep sleep meditation.

We will embark on a journey to relax your body and calm your mind,

Allowing you to experience a deep and restful sleep.

Find a comfortable position,

Either lying down or sitting with your back supported.

Close your eyes,

Take a deep breath,

And let's begin.

Take a moment to settle into your chosen position.

Allow your body to sink into the surface beneath you.

Release any tension you may be holding in your muscles.

Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly,

Letting go of the day's worries.

We'll now go through a progressive muscle relaxation exercise.

Bring your attention to your toes.

Slowly tense the muscles in your toes as you inhale,

Then relax them completely as you exhale.

Deep,

Relaxing breaths.

Now move your attention up to your feet.

Tense your feet as you inhale,

And then relax them completely as you exhale.

You're going to continue this exercise,

Working your way up through your entire body,

Going from your toes and your heels to your toes,

Your glutes,

Your arms,

Your fingers,

Your neck,

Your forehead.

Just tensing and relaxing each muscle group,

Releasing any tension you may be holding in your muscles.

Your forehead.

Just tensing and relaxing each muscle group,

Releasing any tension you encounter,

And doing this along with your breath.

So just going at your own pace,

Taking your time.

Now shift your focus to your breath.

Take a deep breath in,

Feeling your abdomen rise,

And then exhale fully,

Feeling your abdomen fall.

Focus your attention on the sensation of your breath as it enters and leaves your body.

Let each breath bring you a sense of relaxation and peace.

Keep the breath flowing in through the nose and out through your mouth.

Imagine yourself in a beautiful,

Serene place.

It could be a peaceful beach,

A lush forest,

Or a tranquil garden.

Picture the details,

The colors,

The textures,

The sounds.

Engage all of your senses to fully immerse yourself in this scene.

Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin.

Hear the gentle rustling of the leaves,

And breathe in the fresh,

Calming air.

Allow this visualization to deepen your state of relaxation.

Repeat the following affirmations silently or out loud,

Embracing them with conviction.

I am safe,

Relaxed,

And ready to sleep deeply.

I am not afraid of anything.

I am not afraid of anything.

I am not afraid of anything.

I am not afraid of anything.

My mind is clear and my body is at ease.

Each breath I take brings me closer to a peaceful slumber.

I release any thoughts or worries that may disturb my sleep.

I deserve a restful and rejuvenating sleep.

As thoughts arise,

Acknowledge them without judgment and gently release them.

Allow them to drift away like passing clouds.

Bring your focus back to your breath in the present moment.

Bring your focus back to your breath in the present moment.

Surrendering to the tranquility of this meditation.

I am safe,

Relaxed,

And ready to sleep deeply.

My mind is clear and my body is at ease.

Each breath I take brings me closer to a peaceful slumber.

I release any thoughts or worries that may disturb my sleep.

I deserve a restful and rejuvenating sleep.

As we come to the end of this deep sleep meditation,

Take a moment to express gratitude for the opportunity to relax and restore your mind and body.

Carry this state of calmness and serenity with you as you drift into a restful sleep.

Remember you have the power to create a peaceful and nurturing sleep environment.

May you awaken refreshed,

Rejuvenated,

And ready for a new day.

Sleep well.

Namaste
