**Note: Truth does not always sound pleasant. If the mind is not really peaceful now, it might not be a perfect moment to listen to this podcast, one has to be aware of the emotions or reactions that can block one from listening attentively and with humility. This talk is a meditation practice. What one needs to do is listen attentively, without getting stuck in words, examine the mind in silence, not agree or disagree, just look at the mind as it is. Doing so is already a meditation practice.

This division not only means the conflict between you and me,

All through the conflict within me,

All kinds of thoughts,

Views I inherit from others which are secondhand are full of conflicts.

I'm confused.

You see,

The mind is full of all kinds of fragments.

Without seeing the totality,

The mind is always confused,

Always in conflict,

Which manifests in all kinds of mental challenges.

And those fragments bring about conflict,

Making the mind turbulent.

The mind wants to be stable,

Wants to be secure.

So,

As a consequence,

The mind is seeking security in all kinds of ways.

The mind is becoming more and more restless in this seeking,

Seeking pleasure,

Seeking security,

Seeking mental stability,

No matter how temporary it is.

The mind is trapped in fragments.

The conflicts of the fragments brings about this very destructive energy to the mind.

This individual restlessness is also manifested in all kinds of suicidal behaviors,

Problems.

The world is restless because everyone in that world is restless.

This world is confusing because everyone is confused.
