**Note: Truth does not always sound pleasant. If the mind is not really peaceful now, it might not be a perfect moment to listen to this podcast, one has to be aware of the emotions or reactions that can block one from listenING ATTENTIVELY and with HUMILITY. This talk is a meditation practice. What one needs to do is listen attentively, without getting stuck in words, examine the mind in silence, no agree or disagree, just look at the mind as it is. Doing so is already a meditation practice.

As I observe in my daily life,

I find that words are very very limited.

How silly I am to identify myself with a verse which only reduces myself,

Reduces the mind into some verse.

When I see this deeply,

I begin to understand why this word is so superficial.

People's minds are reduced to some verse,

And their life become very verbal.

One has to claim,

One has to express.

The whole politics is based on the arguments,

Based on verse.

When the mind is totally attached to verse,

The mind can't go beyond the verse to see the actuality,

Because the actualities are beyond the verse.

Without seeing the actualities,

The mind is trapped in verse,

In the illusions,

Reactions,

Images,

Thoughts,

Triggered by verse further.

And such a life is totally disconnected with the actualities.

So it is an oscillation,

Isn't it?

A life without being connected with the actualities is oscillated.

In the oscillation,

The life is full of conflicts,

It's constrained,

It's suppressed.

That's why such a life bring about all kinds of bizarre things.

The mind is trapped in verse,

And the mind wants to find a way out via self-expression.

And the mind begins to do all kinds of silly things to air out the conflicts,

Bring about all kinds of bizarre things.
