**Note: Truth does not always sound pleasant. If the mind is not really peaceful now, it might not be a perfect moment to listen to this podcast, one has to be aware of the emotions or reactions that can block one from listenING ATTENTIVELY and with HUMILITY. Listening to this talk is a meditation practice. What one needs to do is listen attentively, without getting stuck in words, examine the mind in silence, not agree or disagree, and just look at the mind as it is. Doing so is already part of true meditation.

This moment,

Can you put aside everything else so we can really meet at this moment to inquire into the self,

To understand the self completely,

Deeply.

This life is so messy,

So chaotic,

So confusing.

This outer world is also so chaotic,

Confusing.

The mind is being hit in all kinds of ways,

By all kinds of inferences,

Problems,

Traumas,

Hurts.

The life is trapped in endless issues.

This journey requires you to get all the energy,

To observe yourself completely.

The mind must be learning and observing now.

The learning is not an accumulative process,

Not to acquire knowledge,

To add more and more things to the known.

That's not learning.

That's mere acquiring knowledge.

When the mind is really learning,

The mind is fresh,

The mind is inputting itself,

So the mind could really see what is actually happening,

See the actual.

Else the mind is always verbal.

The mind still relies on verse,

Expressions.

It is seeking pleasure,

Seeking fulfillment,

Satisfaction from verse.

But the verse are not thin,

The actual is not verse.

The description is not described.

But the mind is lazy.

It is always living at the level of verse.

It doesn't go beyond them to see the actual.
