Six level framework to help you beat any health condition.

It is totally possible to win at health,

And today I'm gonna show you just how you can do that,

How you can transform your health,

But you do have to put in some work,

Okay?

Now remember we talked before about you really being your own healer,

Okay?

I am just the guide,

I'm the facilitator,

And I wanna give you a simple framework that you can use to level up your health and to easily map out the steps you need to take in order to improve any condition you're dealing with right now,

No matter how sick you might be,

Okay?

Your health and your wellness,

They are really the pinnacle of feeling good and living a life that truly feels fulfilled,

Okay?

Even at the deepest level.

Now this is gonna work for you,

Like I said,

Whether you're dealing with a minor complaint or a serious chronic condition.

Either way,

You need a practical and actionable plan,

Right?

So I'm gonna give you that today and you can implement this literally,

Like when you're finished watching this,

You can implement this to help you get on track to a healthier,

Happier you.

Are you ready to dive in?

Okay,

So make sure that you have a notebook and a pen and an open mind,

Open heart,

That's all you need.

So how this will work is I'm going to take you through a six-level framework that I came up with myself that you can actually use at home.

So I'm giving you my framework.

I use this personally for my own health and wellness,

But also with clients.

Now,

The first six days,

Well,

Let me back up.

The six-level framework is going to equal six days of work for you.

So the first six days will involve you taking a different step each day.

And on day seven,

You're going to review everything that you've learned,

You're going to recap everything that you,

All of the notes that you've taken in the last,

In the previous six days.

Okay,

And what this will do is it's going to give you an easy way to really integrate your own personalized health plan.

Now,

Of course,

We do health consulting and coaching here,

And we do walk people by the hand and really give them all the tips,

Tools,

And secrets that they need to completely transform their health.

So that is an option as well.

And we're taking a holistic approach here,

Okay,

To understand exactly what you need on an individual level.

Now,

I mentioned a six-level framework,

And I like to call this the six levels of holistic healing.

I'm going to describe each of the levels today,

And I'm going to give you a really good understanding of what needs to be done for each of those six days.

So you will have a plan,

Okay?

A practical,

Easy-to-follow plan.

Now,

If you do this properly and thoroughly,

You're going to lead with much more confidence,

Much more clarity around your own unique health situation,

Whatever your health needs are,

Whatever your health goals are.

And you will be able to easily implement these practices into your life.

These practices might include your spiritual practice,

Dietary changes,

Lifestyle habits,

Mindset shifts,

And even more,

Okay?

So are you ready?

Okay,

Make sure you have your notebook and pen,

And let's begin.

Now,

The six levels of holistic healing.

I'm going to take you through each of those levels.

First,

I'm just going to share with you what they are.

Then I'll dive into each one and break them down a bit more.

Okay,

So level one is mindset,

Mindset.

Level two is readiness,

Your level of readiness.

Level three,

Healing foods.

Level four,

Detoxification.

Level five,

The chakras and the body systems.

And level six,

Daily practice and mastery.

Okay,

So you can pause and rewind if you need to go back and write these down.

And so in looking at all of these areas,

As I'm talking,

You're going to naturally be thinking about your own progress or not,

Or lack thereof in each of these areas.

But it's not about blame.

Give yourself some grace and the permission to start again.

That's all you need to do.

You are here on purpose.

Remember that.

It's not an accident.

There are no coincidences,

Okay?

You are here on purpose.

And I want to see you win.

That's what I'm here for.

So let's dig into the first level.

And I'll give you those levels again,

Just in case you didn't get a chance to write them down.

The first level is mindset.

Level two is readiness,

Okay,

Your level of readiness.

Level three is healing foods.

Level four,

Detoxification.

Level five,

The chakras and the body systems.

And level six,

Daily practice and mastery.

Okay,

Ready?

So when we talk about level one,

Mindset.

You know,

Mindset is a word,

It's a term that's been thrown around a lot lately.

And people are discussing ways to improve your mindset,

Especially for performance and for getting better results at work and doing things like that.

But your mindset is so pivotal to your overall health and wellness.

So I want you to think about your health right now.

If you were to rate it on a scale from one to 10,

Or from zero to 10,

Where would you rate yourself?

Where do you fall within that spectrum?

And whatever number you've given yourself,

Ask yourself what has your mindset been like throughout your health journey,

Okay?

Where do you fall?

Because typically,

Your level of health will reflect the strength of your mindset,

Okay?

And the types of thought patterns that are happening there.

So let's start there.

And I'm gonna get into more of the personal and spiritual aspect as well.

Now remember when I'm talking about spirituality,

This is not religion,

Okay?

A spirituality is not a religion.

Spirituality is the sense of feeling connected to self,

To your highest self,

And to your higher power.

Whatever name you decide to give that higher power is up to you.

But that is in essence what spirituality means to me.

And I think for a lot of people,

That's how they connect the term spirituality to their own life,

Okay,

To their lives.

So when we talk about mindset,

What I wanna know is what are the things that you are thinking?

What are you thinking?

Okay,

What goes through your mind on a regular basis?

Now we all have what I like to call ants,

Those automatic negative thoughts that do happen from time to time,

More often in some than others.

But negative thoughts stem from negative thought patterns.

Okay,

So in order to repeatedly think something again and again and over and over,

That means that a pattern has already previously been established.

And so if you struggle with mindset and you're like,

Cicely,

I am totally on the struggle bus,

Like I cannot get out of my head,

I get it.

Like we live in a society that is so fast paced.

We want everything immediately,

That whole instant gratification thing.

We're addicted to our phones and to technology.

We are addicted to being busy and oftentimes busy doing nothing or not much at all.

And so the goal here in the mindset area is to be honest with yourself and to evaluate where you are.

Do you feel naturally depressed or anxious most days?

Do you worry a lot?

Do you carry around fear?

Now we'll get into the chakras in step five.

But just to give you a little prelude,

All of those emotions that we carry are typically due to blocked energy in the body.

Blocked energy,

A blocked life force,

Those chakras become stuck.

The energy becomes stuck in the chakras and we're not able to create flow.

So if you struggle with those sort of mindset things on a daily basis,

It is likely due to the fact that we need to sort of recalibrate that energy.

Remember,

Energy can't really be created or destroyed,

It's just transmuted,

Okay,

It's transformed.

And so if you have negative thoughts and you are someone who does suffer from depression and that's your tendency,

That's like the place that you tend to go to when you're feeling down or when things don't go your way,

Then we need to recalibrate that energy.

And we can do that by speaking positively over our lives,

But I'm also gonna give you a trick,

A statement that I use to clear negative energy for myself.

And of course I share this with my clients,

So it's time for me to share it with you.

Let's say you're dealing with something like a lack of self-confidence.

And you can pick anything that you're dealing with.

Fill in the blank with what feels right for you.

But just for the sake of this example,

I'm going to use the lack of self-confidence.

So let's pretend someone's dealing with that as an issue and it's something that creates a sense of unworthiness,

Lack of self-love,

All stemming from just not feeling confident,

Not loving themselves.

And so a statement that I like to use goes like this.

Everywhere that I feel a lack of self-confidence or everywhere that I feel,

Everywhere that I don't feel confident,

I uncreate and delete,

Okay?

I uncreate and delete that across all time,

Dimensions,

Space,

And reality.

I know that sounds weird,

Right?

But pretty soon it'd be rolling off your tongue.

Everywhere I feel a lack of self-confidence,

I uncreate,

Delete,

And you can even say destroy,

Uncreate,

Delete,

And destroy that against all time,

Dimensions,

Space,

And reality.

Now what this does is that regardless of time,

Space,

Or distance,

It actually starts to break down the energetic patterns around that bad habit or whatever it is that is causing us to struggle,

Okay?

So you can use this energy clearing statement as often as possible.

It doesn't have to be spoken out loud.

You can say it to yourself.

And notice the more that you say it with intention and you really feel yourself placing the energy behind it,

You will start to notice momentum and even some emotions that may come up,

Especially depending on the level of your,

Of whatever that thing is,

Depending on how serious it is,

You may start to feel some emotions come up.

So you might notice tears,

Anger.

It's okay.

Continue to use the energetic clearing statement and that will help to break that all down and dissolve it.

So that's the first step is noticing where you need the help and then using simple tools like the energy clearing techniques to help free yourself from that.

Other tools would be like using the emotional freedom technique.

Now I won't get into that today,

But it does involve tapping on different meridians.

So the body has these invisible highways,

I like to call them,

And they are meridians through which energy flows.

Okay,

So the chakras house the energy and the meridians are where the energy flows through.

Okay,

And so we can use the energy clearing statements,

But the emotional freedom technique uses the tapping technique to tap on different meridians on the body.

Okay,

There are lots of meridians,

About 12 to 13,

And that allows the energy to flow.

It kind of releases that stagnation so that that life force can then flow through the body.

So that's another tool that you can use.

You can look that up.

You can do a tapping series in about five minutes.

So there's tons of stuff on YouTube about that.

So those are a few things,

A couple of things that you can use to help with mindset.

But I want you to think about like what do you really want?

Okay,

That's a really important question.

Listen,

It's super easy to go through life,

Especially as you get older,

You might start a family or start your career.

And before you know it,

The day goes by so quickly.

You wake up just to do it all over again.

And we kind of can go through this without even knowing what the heck we want.

So I want you to ask yourself what you want.

So on a piece of paper you can write,

What do I want?

Okay,

So starting with mindset,

We wanna figure out where are we struggling?

Where are the negative thoughts happening?

Use your energy clearing statement.

You can use other energy clearing techniques like the tapping and then ask yourself,

What do I want?

So whatever it is that you're wanting to bring forth in your health or in your life,

It might not even necessarily be about your physical health,

Ask yourself what you want.

You have to get clear on that first.

So what do I want?

Okay,

Once you know what it is that you want,

Now you have an impetus,

You have a reason to actually do all the rest of the stuff that we're gonna do.

Because if you don't really start with a goal in mind,

You're just kind of spinning your wheels and doing all the things but with no real end in sight.

So determine that.

Evaluate your mindset,

Use the energy clearing statements and other techniques,

Know what you want,

Okay?

And next I want you to ask yourself why?

Why do you want that thing?

And I don't just mean like,

You know,

Let's say the thing that I want is financial freedom.

Well,

What is financial freedom?

Because financial freedom,

Well,

Financial stress causes stress in the body without a doubt.

That can then create stress,

More stress,

Mental stress,

Anxiety,

Worry,

Fear,

And it can be collapsing.

It can literally just sort of collapse your spirit,

Your mind and your body.

Remember all the energy that we feel,

It does translate into a physical manifestation,

Okay?

And so that's really important.

So ask yourself why.

If I want to get out of debt and I'm super stressed because I'm in debt and my goal is financial freedom,

Well,

What does that even really mean?

What like,

You need to put a number on it.

Be specific,

As specific as you possibly can.

And then you want to continue to peel back the layers.

Why do I want financial freedom?

Well,

I want it so that I won't be in debt.

Okay,

That's an answer,

But what's a deeper level answer?

I want financial freedom because it means I can be free of worry,

Stress,

Fear.

I can give back and contribute to charity.

I can volunteer.

I don't have to work a full-time job.

I mean,

It could be so many answers to that,

Right?

It allows me to have more time to spend with my children.

I can take more vacations and travel the world.

I can research history in other countries and cultures,

Whatever it is,

Just so do you see how I just continue to peel back the layers.

And that's what you want to do until you can't find any answers anymore.

Just continue to ask yourself why.

And you'll probably find yourself even dreaming a little and visualizing the things that you want and the reasons why you want it.

That's where I want you to go with this.

I want you to go there.

So this is all about mindset.

That first step in really transforming any health condition and winning over any condition,

You have to get your head right.

Now,

What else comes with mindset?

What kind of practices come with mindset?

Meditation,

Right?

And we've chatted about this before a little bit,

But meditation is really just a process of just quieting the mind from the external world,

Okay?

Now,

If I were to just be quiet and say nothing right now,

You might hear cars drive by.

You might hear someone's lawnmower.

You might hear the wind blow,

But it's okay.

These are external circumstances that I cannot control.

But what I can control is me,

Right?

So one meditation that I love to practice that a friend of mine shared with me was the eye of the storm meditation.

Now,

If you think about a hurricane or any kind of really big storm,

The eye of the storm,

The nucleus,

Is actually the calmest place.

There's no destruction.

There's no sound.

There's no dissonance.

It just is.

Now,

It creates turmoil around itself.

It may pick up cars,

Houses,

Debris,

People,

You know,

Unfortunately.

But in the eye of the storm,

It just is.

It's just stillness.

And so the process or practice of meditating is really just creating our own personal stillness.

And you can do this by picturing yourself sitting in the eye of the storm.

It doesn't mean that you have to picture destruction around you,

Okay?

You can look at what is around you.

You can look at that as life circumstances,

The traffic,

Like I mentioned,

The weather,

If it's windy,

Or people outside talking,

Or horns blowing,

Whatever.

Those things are gonna happen.

But picture yourself sitting in the eye of the storm where all is calm and all is well.

And whenever you feel stress,

Angst,

Worry,

You can revisit this any time.

It doesn't require any talking.

You can do this if you're riding a bus,

Or if you're driving,

Just don't close your eyes.

Or you can do this when you do create your own personal solitude time or your own daily practice at home.

And what I love about this is that it's fun to talk about fancy things like smudging sage,

Or lavender,

Calling in the ancestors,

And doing deeper shamanic work.

Those things are wonderful and amazing,

But we don't wanna lose sight of the goal,

And we don't want to make those things a requirement.

Excuse me,

We don't wanna make people think they are a requirement for growth,

For healing.

So imagine yourself being in the eye of that storm and returning to this place whenever you need to.

So I wanna kind of wrap it up there in terms of mindset,

But it is critical that you get your mind right.

You gotta get your head in the game.

And like I heard someone say before,

Don't bench your best player.

If you bench your best player,

You're probably not gonna have,

Be on your A game.

You're probably not gonna have the best results.

And the best player is you,

So you have to stay in the game.

You have to keep your head in the game.

And sometimes staying in the game means being in the eye of the storm and quieting everything else around you,

Okay?

So that is step one in the six-step framework or the six levels of holistic healing,

Level one.

And I like to visualize this as a pyramid,

Okay?

And if you think about a pyramid,

Mindset is along the bottom.

Now,

I also want you to notice something else about the pyramid.

If you think of like the food pyramid,

The foods that they tell you traditionally that you should eat the most of are at the bottom.

So when you think about mindset,

This is where it all begins.

This is how we control everything,

Okay?

So let mindset spread and widen to become the biggest part of your pyramid,

Your life pyramid,

Okay?

Forget the food pyramid.

We're dealing with the life pyramid.

So let your mindset shift you into another realm where you can then begin to climb the rungs of the ladder.
