Welcome to MAPLC (Meditation as a Positive Life Creation), a 30-minute guided practice designed to help you participate consciously in the unfolding of your life. Rooted in the ancient spiritual technology of prayer and inspired by the wisdom of Pathwork Lecture 194, this meditation moves beyond surface-level wishing to deep soul alignment. Together, we will gently clear inner obstacles and use the specific steps of imprinting, visualization, and faith to anchor your true intentions. Whether you are seeking healing in a relationship, expansion in your work, or a shift in your emotional well-being, this practice offers a sacred container to manifest your highest good. Hello,

My friends!

Welcome!

I hope you are doing well,

Feeling rested and open to meditating today.

I am Sibele Salviato and this is Meditation as a Positive Life Creation,

An intention-based,

Guided meditation exercise inspired by Pathwork Lecture 194.

Rooted in the ancient spiritual technology of prayer and manifestation,

This practice invites us to participate consciously in the creation of our lives by gently clearing inner obstacles.

In practical terms,

We take an intention,

Something we long for in our growth,

Relationships or maybe service to the world and allow it to permeate our physical,

Emotional and spiritual being.

The process unfolds in the following steps.

We first choose an intention and then we challenge this intention by looking for conscious and unconscious content that maybe are obstacles for the manifestation of what you want in your life.

And then we go to imprinting this intention in our soul substance,

In our system and visualization,

The third step and then finally faith.

And I'll be guiding us through all these phases.

If you don't have yet a clear intention,

Consider these questions.

1.

Where in your life do you long for change,

Growth or expansion?

You may want to have a notebook and take some notes.

You may want to pause to reflect on that.

2.

What is within your power to transform,

Release or realign to support that change?

And if you just want to continue,

If you don't have an intention right now,

You may also use an affirmation or a positive desire such as I'm not good enough or I am good enough or I desire to be prosperous,

Things like that.

And when you are ready,

Let's begin.

3.

Find a comfortable position,

Maybe you're seated.

Allow your body to settle by sitting gently on your sitting bones,

Letting the spine align naturally and softening your shoulders.

Most times we forget to exhale fully,

So pay attention to your exhaling,

Making it long.

4.

And now let's pay attention to the pauses in the breath.

So we are breathing in,

We hold,

And then we breathe out and we gently hold just before our next inhale.

I will invite us to start with a prayer inspired by Patricia Cota Robles,

Just a reminder of us.

And the prayer goes like that.

I am my I am presence and I am one with my father,

Mother,

God,

And everyone else evolving with me here and now.

What I invoke to myself,

I invoke on behalf of all of us in perfect harmony with each individual's task and for the highest good of all concerned.

And so be it.

So now keeping your body aligned,

Gently bring your intention to your mind.

You might want to speak it out loud or just keep it in your mind.

How it feels in your body to connect with these words.

As you stay connected with your breath,

Observe any sensation,

Emotions or thoughts that arise in response to your intention,

To this desire.

We can also ask ourselves,

Is there anything in me,

Unconscious or subconscious,

That does not want what I consciously desire?

And if so,

How might it show up in my body,

In my relationships,

Or even in my way of being in the world?

If we can,

We ask those questions from a place that just does not judge or analyze.

We are simply observing.

We are observing our bodies,

Our emotions,

Thoughts,

Images,

Or memories that sometimes surface when we ask ourselves those questions.

And if you notice the mind is wandering,

Remember that is okay.

This is the business of the mind.

So we gently bring our attention back to the body,

To the breath,

And to our little investigation.

From this place where we are observing,

We don't discard any emotion.

We just observe where your mind went and why we bring it back and just make a note.

Our conscious intentions are like seeds,

And this process helps us to plant this seed.

Helping it to flourish.

So now,

Taking into account what you have discovered,

We are gently moving into the next phase,

The imprinting phase.

The imprinting allows the intention to move beyond words,

Beyond the surface of the mind,

And go into deeper layers of our bodies and soul.

To plant the seed,

We also need to prepare the soil.

So we want to do that by relaxing our body even further.

So connect with it.

See if you can breathe deeper and longer.

Remember to pay attention to the pauses.

If you find tension in your body,

That's okay.

You don't need to do anything.

Just notice there is tension here.

Maybe you want to just breathe out and see what happens.

So bring your intention back to your mind's eyes.

Maybe you want to shape it into a mantra.

Positive,

Energized mantra.

And as you connect with each word,

Notice it permeating your being from the skin to the muscles,

Going through the bones and the deepest layers of our soul substance.

You are planting the seed of your intention now.

Allow the process to unfold.

And you don't worry if mind wanders.

As I say,

This is the business of the mind.

We just bring our attention back to our task here.

Planting our seed,

The seed of your intention.

And now that we have planted the seed,

Let's gently move into the visualization phase.

Visualization is not daydreaming or idealistic expectations.

It is a sensorial embodiment of the intention,

Which allows body,

Emotion,

And spirit to align.

Imagine a sprout reaching towards the sun,

Already holding within it the image of the tree it will become.

That's what we want.

In the same way,

Within us lives the image,

The reference of who you are becoming through this intention,

Or who you are if that intention is manifested.

So here we ask ourselves gently,

Who are we if this intention is already manifested here and now?

How does it feel in your body to leave from this place?

How do you relate to yourself,

To others,

And to life when this intention is alive within you right now?

Allow this inner reference to take shape.

Then you know if mind is already in the next appointment,

Or some memories,

Whatever it is that is not here now,

That is okay.

But pay attention to what is happening.

Bring the information back to your conscious mind.

And come back to your breath.

And in the allowing your inner reference of your intention to take shape.

And maybe with a reference already,

We can move towards our last phase,

Which is the faith.

So we take the bell as a reminder first to go back to our breath,

To our sitting bones.

We align,

We assess our bodies,

Notice our breath.

And this is the last phase of this exercise.

And it is about faith.

The creation process starts with we consciously connecting with an intention,

A desire.

We challenge it consciously as well.

We imprint it in our substance soul,

Creating a new body.

We imprint or planting a new seed.

We create a reference of it so that we can know what we are looking for in our bodies as well.

And then we let go.

Because faith is the absence of any fear,

Any anxiety.

It is the place in us where we know that everything is well.

Even when we do not know how things will unfold.

So I'm inviting us again and again to reconnect with the breath.

And now we are letting go of the intention.

We are letting go of any thought.

We are just connecting with our breath,

Noticing the air coming in and out.

And also noticing every pause in the doing.

At every pause,

Particularly after exhale,

We sink in gratitude and openness with grounded certainty that what you desire will manifest at the perfect time.

And even here,

Sometimes mind wanders.

And again and again we bring it back,

Making a mental note of what the content is there.

We bring our attention back to our breath.

And for us to close,

I'm inviting us to the sacred breath.

Also inspired by Patrícia Cotarrobles.

The sacred breath is our breath with pauses,

Adding an invocation of a divine quality.

And for us today,

I'm invoking divine love.

So it goes like that.

I am inhaling divine love.

In the pause,

I am assimilating divine love.

In the exhale,

I am expanding divine love throughout my body.

And in the pause,

After exhale,

I'm projecting divine love all around me.

So I am inhaling divine love.

I am assimilating divine love.

I am expanding divine love.

And I am projecting divine love all around me,

My neighborhood,

My country.

And one last time,

I am inhaling divine love.

I am assimilating divine love.

I am expanding divine love.

And I am projecting divine love all around me,

All around our globe.

Going through every soul on this planet.

So gently,

You want to begin to return.

Maybe you want to move your fingers and toes.

I wish you a good day.

And may your desires be granted.

Amen.
