We transform the 3x3 Check-In into a fully embodied practice. We introduce BEAMS (Breath, Environment, Awareness, Movement, Stance) and five breath techniques for arrival, settling, expanding capacity, sequencing, and grounding. We learn the ANCHOR framework: Arrive, Notice, Connect, Hold, Open, Rest. As always, my intention is to create a space where you can slow down so you can practice the tools and skills to develop the capacity to respond to the challenges in your life, work, and relationships in more empowering ways.
