Hello and welcome to this morning meditation.
My name is Christopher Bourgeois and I will guide you through this meditation in order to let go of all attachments of the last night,
Last day,
Week,
And to arrive fully present in this new day to adjust your energy and start powerfully and relaxed in this new day.
Sit in a comfortable position,
Spine upright,
And take a deep breath in and with the exhale let go of all attachments,
Of all thoughts and emotions.
And again,
Breathe in and exhale and let your body let go of all attachments.
And one more time,
Breathe in and breathe out and let go,
Let go,
Let go.
And arrive in this present moment.
Fully arrive in this meditation as you decided to give yourself the time to start this day.
There's nothing to do and nowhere to go.
And as you sit,
Just observe your thoughts and emotions.
Just observe what's left of night,
Last day.
Don't analyze,
Don't think about it.
Just observe what's present.
As clouds at a blue sky,
Just observe your thoughts and feelings.
And let the wind drift them by and let go.
And it doesn't matter if there are many thoughts or not so many,
If there are good or bad.
Just observe and let go.
And with each breath,
You calm down more and more.
Emotions flow,
They disappear.
Thoughts come and go.
You just sit here,
Present in this new day and observe.
As you allow your body and mind to fully arrive at this new powerful day.
And sense the energy inside you,
Which settles down and is available for you as a great potential.
A source for everything you want to do this day,
No matter what it is.
Just feel this energy inside you.
Feel it.
Feel the energy inside your body.
It's always there and there's plenty of it in you.
And feel how it may increase in a relaxed way as potential.
And now's the time to set an intention for your day.
How do you want to feel this day?
How do you want to act,
To react?
What do you want to experience?
Just take the first emotion or thought that comes into your mind or body.
And feel it as if you're already experiencing it.
Feel it.
Prepare your body and mind for this experience.
Dive deep and deeper into it.
Experience it.
Feel it.
Now.
Feel your energy inside your body.
Just let go and experience yourself and this new day with your intention.
The music will play for two more minutes.
Two more minutes for you to connect to this energy inside you.
This energy which will guide you through the day.
