In this meditation, Christopher takes you on a journey into your future self in 5 years' time. You wake up in your bed and open your eyes. Where are you? What does your life look like? You will experience your perfect day. The meditation is intended to give you more clarity about what is really important to you and to increase the likelihood that your life will develop in exactly this direction. By listening to this meditation, you can steer your life in a direction that really suits you and is characterized by happiness and deep contentment.

Hello and welcome to your vision meditation.
Your perfect day in five years.
This meditation is intended to,
On the one side,
Let you gain clarity about what's really important for you in life,
And on the other hand to raise the probability that your life will exactly flow into a direction where your days will become just like you imagined,
Your perfect day in five years.
Before we start,
A very important reminder.
During meditation,
But also after the meditation,
It's crucial that you don't keep this distance between where you want to be and where you are right now.
So when you say,
I want to feel this and I want to have that and so on,
You say,
I am not already this and that.
I don't feel already this and that.
I don't have this and that yet.
And this influences your energy.
You live in an energy of lack because you are still lacking of things and you hope that someday this will change.
It's very important that those things come into your life,
That there is no resistance,
That you feel already wealthy,
Healthy,
And so on.
Because when you manage to mentally become this person,
This is what this vision meditation is about,
Then things will change from the inside out.
Your brain changes,
Your thoughts,
Your emotions,
And then the outer world will adapt.
So let's do this meditation to support you to adjust your life.
You can do this meditation either seated or laying down.
But if you want to lay down,
Then please make sure that you don't fall asleep.
For this purpose,
I have a wonderful sleeping meditation,
But this is not what this meditation is about.
Then arrive fully at this place where you are right now and become aware where you are,
What's around you,
What you can see,
What you can hear,
What you can sense on your skin,
If it's warm or cold,
And then lead your attention from the outer world into your body.
How does your body feel?
And don't try to manipulate or to rate.
Just feel your body as good as it is.
Let it be just how it is at this moment.
Just feel it.
And also notice your emotional state,
How you feel.
You don't have to name it.
Just recognize how you feel.
And also don't try to manipulate or to rate your emotions.
Just let them be there.
And if you don't feel any emotions,
That's also okay.
And then recognize your thoughts.
Just recognize them and let them pass just like clouds in a summer sky.
Thoughts come and go.
Just let them pass by.
And it doesn't matter again if there are many clouds,
If there are dark clouds or bright clouds.
Just let them pass by.
And take a deep breath in and deep breath out.
And take a deep breath in and deep out.
Breathe out.
Let go.
Relax your body.
Relax.
Let your body relax.
There's no tension needed anymore.
And if you haven't done so,
Then close your eyes.
And let go.
Let go.
And imagine you're lying in a bed five years from now in the future.
And you're about to wake up on your perfect day.
A day which is made just for you.
A day which is made just for you.
Where everything's exactly as you really want a day to be.
Beyond expectations or needs of the ego.
A day which is really suited for you,
Who you really are.
You don't have to think about it.
You will let it arise out of your subconscious.
You're lying in your bed in five years.
Where things happened,
You've made decisions.
And one chain of decisions,
Of happenings,
Led to this perfect day.
Where you wake up now.
You open your eyes and your imagination.
And you look around.
Where are you?
In your perfect environment.
On your perfect day.
You're waking up in your bedroom.
And where is this bedroom?
Are you living in a house or flat?
Or maybe are you in nature,
In a tent?
Or are you waking up in a hotel?
Are you on vacation or at home?
You don't have to think about it.
Just let the images arise where you are right now.
And if you don't have a clear image,
That's okay then.
Just observe your thoughts,
Your feelings about where you are.
Which things are there in your environment?
What can you see?
And what do you connect with them?
Can you hear noises?
Are you alone or is there somebody with you?
And how does your body feel?
Does it feel full of energy and health?
You live in your perfect body.
No matter what perfect means to you.
Feel your perfect body.
It's energy.
And maybe you want to walk around a little bit in your room or where you are.
Look outside the window.
What's outside?
Is there nature or are there houses?
Are you in a town or are you living in a countryside?
And how do you feel when you observe your environment?
And when you think about your upcoming day,
What comes into your mind?
What job do you have or do you work?
If you have a job,
Then what do you connect with your job?
Why do you do it?
What's the purpose?
And maybe you don't have a regular job but you have a purpose.
You want to achieve something which you maybe do on your own.
Maybe you get paid or you don't get paid.
Just try to let it raise a feeling,
Intuition of what you want to do.
What do you do on your perfect day?
What's your mission?
What do you want to achieve and why?
Don't think about it too much.
For what reason are you here?
What are your plans for your day,
Your perfect day?
And now I will give you five minutes where you will walk through your day,
Make your experiences,
Your experiences on your perfect day.
And in five minutes again I will start talking when you come back after a great day to your bedroom to end this meditation.
Now go out,
Live and enjoy your best day.

If not then get home,
Get into your bedroom to finish this beautiful day and either lay in your bedroom and either lay in your bed or sit down on a chair and let the experiences of this beautiful day pass by.
Get into the energy of your day,
Your perfect day.
Feel it once more.
How it feels,
Your perfect life when you are part of life full of energy,
Your energy.
And with this energy of your future which you feel right now become more and more conscious that you are doing this meditation.
Travel back five years to the present moment.
Recognize that you are sitting or laying here in your room where you started the meditation and that you still can feel the energy that this is very real that something happened in your brain that it was just an imagination,
It was real it was real inside your brain,
Your body and keep this energy and your life will lead you into a direction where days will become more and more just like this day you just experienced.
And now you are fully back in your body here doing this meditation you become aware of where you are you open your eyes again maybe you want to move your body a little bit feel this energy,
Keep this energy and before you rush back into your all day life maybe take a few moments to let this meditation and keep this energy keep this energy inside yourself you may want to do this meditation regularly to strengthen this energy and with every time you do this meditation you will become mentally,
Neurologically more and more this person of your perfect day.
