Who Am I? The Path To Your True Self

What is a personality and how got it constructed? (Where) can you find yourself in it? This lesson is about understanding what a personality is and opening up the possibility of yourself being independent of it and discovering it underneath. You are not your personality. You are the one, experiencing it. Who are you?

In the second lesson you will take a closer look at the roles you play in your everyday life. Do you realize they're just roles? Why do you play them and do you enjoy playing them? You might enjoy playing certain roles and dislike others. You will be identified with some of your roles more strongly, than with others. Who identifies with the roles? Who are you?

Descartes, in his search for the only thing that can be determined with absolute certainty, presented the greatest error with his famous statement "I think, therefore I am". This lesson is about seeing through this error. Why is it the other way around?

Many people believe that emotions are always authentic to who they really are. This lesson aims to raise awareness of the fact that emotions are usually only reactions to circumstances through the lens of past experiences.

Identification with the outer visible body is obvious. But you are "only" an inhabitant of it. What is your "inner body", as Eckart Tolle calls it, in which yourself can really be discovered? This is, what this lesson is about.

The subconscious is very powerful and determines around 95% of daily decisions, thoughts, and emotions. It determines the lives of the vast majority of people, and therefore a life that does not necessarily correspond to them. Who is it, who has a subconscious mind, which is so dominant in personal life?

What you perceive through your senses is never an objective reality. What you consciously perceive is never complete and always subjective. Subjective does not mean corresponding to yourself, but conditioned by your past. How you see the world through your senses does not say anything about the world, but very much about your conditioned self.

By weakening the false identifiers of the last lessons, it will be more accessible to you. In this lesson, I will guide you through a door of stillness to experience yourself on a deeper level. You will experience, what real silence is about.

This lesson focuses on a very practical and effective exercise that allows you to quickly enter deep stillness. A special and gentle way of observing the breath triggers a series of neurological processes, making the path to stillness easier.

Your ego, your conditioned personality, with which you identify, exists solely by maintaining the past in the present moment or projecting into the future. This deeper understanding is what the lesson is about. From this understanding it will be easier for you to free yourself from it.

Time is an illusion, as we humans in the three-dimensional world can only ever perceive the present moment. Everything else is an illusion and can easily cause separation and suffering. This lesson is about experiencing and recognizing this illusion, how it works in you and what it causes.

Who are you really? You are probably already a step closer to beeing yourself and can see the process more clearly now.
