Welcome to your sleep meditation,
A meditation in which I will guide you into a world,
To a place there where you can get rid of all your emotions and thoughts in a way that they are not repressed or forgotten,
But can continue to work for themselves during the night.
Some of them can dissolve,
And perhaps some of them even will arise an idea the next day.
But you yourself are freed from the burden,
From the brooding.
You can drift into a restful sleep,
Free from your inner restlessness.
You will wake up tomorrow fresh and full of energy.
So now make yourself really comfortable in your bed,
Stretch out,
Snuggle up in your blanket,
Adjust the pillow so that you can stay as cozy as possible.
If you want,
During this meditation you can fall asleep,
It's not necessary for you to stay awake until the end,
Your subconscious will continue to listen for you and to do what's good and right for you.
Now close your eyes.
Remind yourself why you have decided to do this meditation,
That you made a choice.
You want to fall asleep.
You want to rest your body and your mind.
We will now go on a wonderful journey.
Your body is already becoming more and more relaxed,
With every breath more and more relaxed.
There's nothing more for you to do now,
Feeling the relaxation getting deeper and deeper.
Just allowing your body to relax more.
Just listen to my voice,
More is not necessary.
And you don't even have to listen to me with full focus,
The words will reach you,
You are unconscious.
Let yourself drift away,
Let yourself be guided and with every breath you take,
Your body becomes more and more relaxed.
You let go more and feel how the mattress is willing to take all your weight.
You can relax your whole body more and more,
With every breath deeper and deeper.
Falling into yourself.
And very slowly an image appears before your inner eye.
You can see a forest,
A clearing in the night.
It's dark and yet somewhat illuminated by the moon,
Which is shining peacefully on a landscape.
It's all very quiet.
There are only a few crickets you can hear in the distance.
You can feel the whole world coming to rest,
People going to sleep,
And a calm and stillness settles over the landscape.
You arrive fully at this place.
Now you recognize that you are standing on a small path,
Lined with some soft moss.
And this path leads to a bridge,
A bridge over a gently flowing river,
Which is very calm.
And you can only vaguely make out the other side of the river,
As it's very misty there.
A pleasant mist,
As you feel.
You intuitively know that there's a very warm,
Cozy,
And comfortable mist on the other side.
You can already feel this from a distance.
And so you walk along this path,
With every step on a soft moss.
You relax more and more.
It feels so good in your body,
And calms your mind,
Your body,
Your whole being.
You feel connected with nature going to sleep,
And this tranquil landscape.
You get closer and closer to the bridge,
And you can see an old chest standing in front of the bridge.
It gets all your attention,
It seems to close somehow,
A certain power seems to emanate from it.
Curious you arrive at a chest,
A chest from near,
It's an old wooden chest,
Which somehow closes as a whole,
Radiating a certain energy,
Which seems somehow powerful at the same time.
You sense that it is safe to open the chest and have a look inside.
So you slowly open the lid of the chest,
The chest of tranquility.
As you open the lid,
You can already feel how it radiates,
This huge,
Deep tranquility.
It glows softly inside,
And it feels so trusting,
And you intuitively realize why it is here.
It is a chest of tranquility,
And you immediately realize what this is all about.
You can let go of all your thoughts and emotions,
Let them flow into the chest,
All the thoughts and emotions you no longer need at this time.
Thoughts about the day,
Emotions which are there about thought,
And all the thoughts and emotions which prevent you from sleeping,
All those,
You can let flow into the chest.
Maybe there are some you don't want to forget,
Important things,
Remember,
Things you want to think about,
You know that now is not the right time for that,
But that's exactly what this chest is made for.
It takes away all your thoughts and emotions while you sleep,
And your thoughts can continue to work there,
Your emotions can flow,
And tomorrow when you wake up,
The chest will open again,
And the results of all the calculations,
All the thinking,
Thoughts,
All the outcome which is processed overnight,
Effortlessly in this chest,
Will get back to you.
Unimportant thoughts,
Worries will have dissolved,
Negative emotions will have dissolved,
Just important thoughts with new ideas,
Creative ideas,
That will flow back to you when you wake up to support you on your next day.
And with this knowing that you can trust in the process,
Let the chest do its work.
You already can feel how the chest attracts,
You see and feel many very little connections,
Like little wires glowing golden,
And like little water drops,
Golden water drops flowing from your brain into the chest,
Very peacefully,
Trusting,
And you feel yourself level,
You feel how your mind calms down,
How it is allowed to come,
And it feels so soft,
Empty and in a very cozy way,
And you feel the connection getting loose,
To walk into a very deep and restful sleep,
On a bridge,
And you can see your own hands now,
A really intense fog surrounding your body,
Feeling so warm,
Absolutely quiet,
Peaceful,
And it somehow carries you,
You feel like you're flying,
You're drifting into the fog,
There's no bridge anymore,
There's no environment,
There's just you,
Being carried,
Being drifted by the fog,
And if you're not already sleeping,
You will fall into sleep now,
In this huge tranquility,
And tomorrow when it is time,
You will wake up,
