Making changes for our future can be challenging with a tendency to hold on to old behaviors even though our present reality isn't bringing us the joy we seek. During this guided meditation, several different possible futures are revealed, allowing our intuition to guide us as to which will bring us the greatest sense of ease, excitement & fulfillment

In this meditation house of change,

You'll find many different doors leading to different futures that are available to you.

I suggest you use your intuition to both decide which doorway to go through and then allow your intuition to guide you in making decisions for your future.

Enjoy.

Please close your eyes,

Take a few deep breaths and on the out breath make it very long and down into your feet,

Breathing all the energy down into your feet.

All the thoughts going around your head,

Releasing them into Mother Earth.

You can't settle,

Then maybe think about doing this meditation when you can do that,

If you're busy with other things.

Just breathe out.

Now take your awareness to your heart,

Breathing in and out of your heart.

Know the love that you have for yourself.

Through your heart see yourself outside a beautiful house.

It can be a house you know,

A house of your imagination.

You go to the front door,

The door opens to you and you're in a large hallway off which there are many doors.

And each of the doors represents a different future for you.

So you go to one door and behind this door is a future six months on if nothing changes in your life.

So you open the door and step in and you are six months on,

Nothing has changed.

How does your body feel if nothing changes?

How do you feel emotionally?

How does your soul feel?

And how are your relationships?

Now it's time to leave that room,

Bring the thoughts with you.

Take a few good deep breaths to clear those thoughts,

Just hold them as a memory but clear the energy so you can enter another room.

And as you enter another room,

This is a room where something has changed.

You may know what it is,

It may just be how you feel about yourself.

Something's changed and here it is six months on.

How does your body look and feel six months on in this future?

How are your emotions?

Your soul,

How does that feel?

And your relationships.

Now it's time to leave that room,

Returning to the hall and knowing that there are many other doors there,

Many other futures for you,

Just waiting for you.

But now it's time to leave the house and perhaps you've had some clear insights that something needs to change in your life.

And if it doesn't,

You will find yourself less than happy,

Less than enjoying life and less than following your heart.

So please gently to bring your awareness back to the place where you are and in your own time to open your eyes.
